Updated apartments and appliances better upkeep of grounds flooding around apartment After at the rain ,Better maintenance better management, they need to understands Everyone deserves a clean environment to live and come home to update pictures of the apartment so people won't be surprised at the low grade units that they receive rent prices need to change due to the low upkeep of the units they need to update their kitchens bathrooms my unit is falling apart, every apartment need to match the model homes condition that's showed when people apply for units it's misleading , there's a lot of disrespect when you need work orders did, work orders get deleted even though they're not completed there's no compromising with the maintenance or the owner I'm in a position where I can't wait to leave this place I have nothing but regrets and hate coming home I really believe some people get treated better than others just can't wait for my lease to be up wouldn't rent again never !!!

There is no night life whatsoever if you want to go out late at night it would probably have to be fast food. Most restaurants close at 9-10

There aren't really any great job opportunities in this area unless you want to work at a gas station or fast food restaurant.
