We live in SoHud. Great coffee and record shop. But that's about it for the pros. ONLY MOVE HERE IF YOU ARE A STUDENT. SoHud is crowded with students that like to party. Currently listening to our neighbors blast rave music and play beer pong while screaming AND ITS 8AM on SATURDAY. This happens at least twice a week. Also, alleyways are full of trash constantly.

It is mostly a college neighborhood full of OSU students. Some apartments can be in need of an update, they are usually reasonably priced though. It is one of the quieter areas around campus, but activities can still be found nearby on High Street and at the park/ running and biking trail.

It's cold, but I would live here again if I was given the opportunity.
