West Virginia University is divided among three campuses around Morgantown, roughly following the path of the Monongahela River. The Downtown campus is home to the university’s esteemed College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business & Economics, and the Department of Geology and Geography, as well as most of the administration buildings.

Morgantown’s Public Rapid Transit system provides a unique rail service that connects the Downtown campus with the other major WVU facilities around Morgantown, including the College of Law, Milan Puskar Stadium, and the College of Engineering. Students also have access to the WVU bus line, which runs through the campus, and to a park-and-ride that helps to alleviate parking issues on campus.
