Texas Women’s University has been a prestigious and innovative fixture of Texas’ academic community since 1901. The largest university for women in the United States, TWU does also enroll male students, who constitute about twelve percent of the student body. The school is known for graduating more new healthcare professionals than any other university in Texas.
