Let your Panther pride shine through in your purple and white

HPU High Point Panthers

High Point University first opened in 1924 as a cooperative venture between the Methodist Protestant Church and the City of High Point. Today, High Point connects the foundation-building liberal arts education with career-focused outcomes through freshman career planning, LinkedIn profile sessions, and interviews conducted on campus. HPU students have the opportunity to partner with professors and engage in research, scholarship, and creative endeavors in all academic disciplines as soon as their freshman year. HPU is convenient to plenty of houses and apartments available for rent within close proximity to campus. Easy access to the I-74 makes commuting from farther distances simple. Exposure to NCAA Division I Panther athletics, student activities, Greek life, counseling services, and religious pursuits makes for an extraordinary campus experience at High Point. Located about 20 miles southeast of Winston-Salem and 20 miles southwest of Greensboro, the City of High Point is right between North Carolina’s mountains and the Atlantic Coast, allowing for a variety of weekend getaway options.
