With a student population well over 70,000, attending ASU is like living in a decent-sized city unto itself. The massive campus is basically the center of Tempe, and much of the community is custom-tailored to meet the needs of the student body. Dutch Brothers Coffee is a favorite among students seeking a pick-me-up for study breaks without standing in line at the major chains. Of course, the year-round sunshine in Arizona can be a mixed blessing, so ASU students are well-versed in the art of the pool party… you can generally find at least one happening every weekend.
