The employment seems okay in the area. Some of my friends are employed in food places.

The food and drinks are amazing. In Irvine, there are lots of asian restaurants that I enjoy going to. There is no bar that I know of in Irvine but I'm sure it is good too.

Houses look clean and spacious but a bit too close to each other. There are also a lot of dog owners so it is quite noisy sometimes.
