This area has a high percentage of Asians living here therefore the food choices cater to that nationality. The wealthy Asians also drive up the local prices. There is mostly chain restaurants because the Irvine Company does not allow for any mom and pop shops. It is a very controlled area.

There are a lot police forces around which keeps the city very safe. The local laws are fair and there is no social or community troubles around. The nearest firestation is about 8 minutes away.
