Offering winding country lanes through wooded hills, Millersville provides a serene retreat for those looking for a slice of rural Tennessee just minutes from Downtown Nashville. Filled with park space and campgrounds like the Nashville North KOA, Millersville provides a variety of outdoor adventures. The Cumberland River is south of Millersville, and the Highland Rim Speedway is in its northwest corner.
A few businesses are located along Bethel Road, but the highest concentration of shops and restaurants are located along Louisville Highway. This is also the location of the Millersville Community Center, a popular destination with a playground, stage, and picnic areas.
