My family and I bought our home almost 4 years ago and it is the most quiet and safe neighborhood. We are raising our 2 boys here and they are free to play outside at any time of the day with no issues. During the spring and summer we spend a lot of time outside on our deck and you can hear nature and not loud noises. I have no complaints about our neighborhood.

Good place to raise small children. Can be expensive to live and can use more nearby food places. Overall, it is a great neighborhood. Most people are friendly and take pride in the neighborhood.

I've lived in Marlton since age 3 and have enjoyed everything about the neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and it seems as though all people know each other. The community is lovely and the environment is very welcoming.

The summers in this area mild. The winters are cold and average. The spring season is average and I cannot claim any natural disasters. The weather does not impact my everyday life. My most essential items in my wardrobe would be pants.
