Located right in the heart of Downtown Sacramento, Mansion Flats is a small neighborhood with gorgeous, colorful studios, lofts, Victorian homes, and preserved historic homes. This historic neighborhood is home to the Governor's Mansion State Historic Park, a Victorian mansion that was once home to a former governor, built in 1877. Although certain parts of the neighborhood maintain an elegant and quaint feel, residents can enjoy plenty of modern-day amenities.
