Lynnfield is a great place for people to have a family in the small town. The education that has been offered has been great for a public school system. The location is also great due to it only being 30 minutes away from Boston. However, if a small town is not your preference, you may want to consider somewhere else due to there only being around 13,000 people in the town.

Ridiculous "real housewives" town that thinks it's a lot better than it is. No Main Street. Just a strip mall. Highway running through it. McMansions with no style or charm abound. If you want to live in a totally non-diverse, ugly rte 1 suburb with no character, go for it. I'd rather raise my kids in a place where there is some semblance of reality and diversity. Have to drive everywhere too. Lynnfield needs to get over itself.

Very family friendly, small suburb, good public schools (except middle school, that one is probably the worst of the schools), super small, sports are average.

Small town feel less than 30 minutes to Boston. Market Street shopping area has great stores and good restaurants. Town is very friendly and safe.
