I grew up in little village and once I left I felt imposter syndrome. I couldn't find latine culture anywhere else like I had in Little Village.

I may be bias because this is home but the culture is vibrant. Of course there is violence anywhere I go but I feel as if there is general understanding of what is appropriate to do in the neighborhood.

Little village is a place where the Mexican culture is strong. We can see that as soon as you walk down the street. When we see someone is struggling we unite as a community to help that person. I did not give it the full 5 stars because, although it is a very strong community it is also surfing of violence. Gangs are getting out of control, and someone are own people have low expectations for us that they make us not believe in ourselves .

People are very disrespectful. It is hideously dirty, trash is everywhere. Not many good experiences can be made here.
