I live on the outskirts of Land Park, right next to Sacramento City College. The neighborhood is beautiful, the park is only a few blocks away, and it's a quick bike ride into midtown. I love being able to easily get to farmer's markets, and before covid, restaurants and events. It's a safe neighborhood as well.

My wife and I lived in Land park for about a year. We loved that area so much. The grocery store, park and karaoke bar were all within walking distance. All our neighbors were really friendly and you could tell there was pride in home ownership. The cost of living is a bit too high but, the neighborhood justifies it I suppose. We hope to own in that neighborhood someday but, for now, we still visit the area and have our memories of our first home together.
