Curtis Park is an amazing area to live in. I love being near a park, my neighbors are very friendly, and I feel safe walking down my street.

Everything is great except the city tears up my road every single day

I wouldn't live here if I didn't have a family here but in the fifteen years I have lived in Sacramento it had changed significantly in the last few years. Most of this I attribute to an influx of people from the bay area escaping oppressive home values and bringing with them fresh and progressive perspectives.
