Granada Highlands is a small neighborhood just off Highway 1. The neighborhood is located about three miles from the heart of Malden and less than 10 miles north of Boston. Most of Granada Highlands is made up of commercial developments like apartment buildings, office spaces, restaurants, and other businesses. Outside of the neighborhood, residents can get outside to enjoy the greenery at places like Pine Banks Park, golf courses, and the Rumney Marsh Reservation. Large retail destinations like Northgate Shopping Center and Square One Mall are convenient to Granada Highlands too.
