The neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants and shopping centers, so residents don’t have to go far from home for amenities. Like true Floridians, locals enjoy proximity to several beaches including Jacksonville Beach and Neptune Beach, which are both less than six miles away. There is not much to do in the area, the only thing I enjoy is going to the zoo and I like the GA-FL coming to the city.

Well, Florida has some crazy weather. During the winter it can be freezing one week and hot the next. It does rain a lot, which I always thought ironic for the Sunshine State, and large storms are common. Mostly it is sunny and warm here. Actually, make that hot. Jacksonville Florida gets really hot in the spring and summer and stays warm through a large part of the fall. My wardrobe is mostly summer clothes-lots of tank tops, shorts, and flip flops- but I have clothes for the other seasons too. the weather here has made me love going to the beach and pool or just hanging outside.
