There are some ugly area in my town. A few gangs operate and that is scary. As long as you do not visit those areas, you should be safe, but if you get lost and end up there, it can be dangerous.

Local Businesses in my area are very expensive but I think the reason to that is because my are is made up of hispanics(mainly) so all the products we consume are brought from Mexico. Still they are super expensive. The service is really bad, most of local business owners do not know how to work with people.

People in the area a friendly. Even if you are in the street, you feel safe knowing no one will hurt you. We are all pet and family friendly. The community gets somewhat involved in community events, especially those ones that happen once a year.
