Located about a mile southeast of Downtown Spanaway, Elk Plain exudes a small-town atmosphere. There are lots of different housing, we have a lot of neighborhoods as well as homes out in the country with land owners, and people who can live in the city of Tacoma, Puyallup, and other local cities.
