It's a pleasant place to live in Southern California. It offers a diverse population and a diverse culture between all fo the colleges, museums, and outdoor activities at one's disposal. The food culture is also thriving.

My overall experience has been a very positive one. Every neighbor I've encountered has always been very warm and welcoming. The area is very clean and quiet/calm. This is a great neighborhood to raise children in.

A homeless man slept on my front porch. People would steal things from people's front yards. Police didn't help very much. Packages were stolen at Christmas time.
