Housing prices are decent but there is nothing out here but houses, dollar stores & schools. If you want to go out to eat or have a good time somewhere you have to drive to the next city over.

I moved here 5 years ago from Orlando and have loved it. It is diverse and more calm and less crowded compared to Orlando.

deltona is where my auntie lives and I used to live with her. she gave me an opportunity to where she works and I was able to work for a while I also attended school and it worked out great because these roads have everything on them so it was easy to get around, even without a car.

From my experience growing up in Deltona, I think it is a fine place to live. The crime rate isn't high, and I have always felt pretty safe going around town. Most of the town is residential, so there isn't much to do for entertainment besides a few parks, a movie theater, and a roller-skating rink. Fortunately, you don't have to travel very far to find more entertainment options, such as beaches and theme parks.
