I am new to this particular area. It is an area that has been developed over the last few years. There are several restaurants and shops and it is close to two parts of town that I previously lived in. I am thankful I get to live in this clean area. The pricing for my single parent is slightly high. The atmosphere is nice.

The area is safe. I have not seen any issues with crime. I have not noticed any policing; therefore, cannot speak to the presence.

Some people have moved away and left house ( and or rented house out ) but most of the people we know - we are close to our near by neighbors.
