We do see the police patroling the streets often. However the prevalence of crime is hard to describe because most of us living in the neighborhood know it's there but don't often get mixed up in it.

I'd love to stay in this area. There are plenty of restaurants, gas stations, the public library is close. And it's currently 5 minutes away from my job.
