Capitol Hill is perfectly located a quick bike ride away from LoDo, the Central Business District, and South Broadway. Cheesman Park is a great outdoor space in the neighborhood. In the summer, there are always activities at Civic Center Park and a nice Christmas market as well.

I love my neighborhood. Walk to sports, groceries, restaurants, downtown, and more!! Beautiful, historic buildings and an overall very nice place to live.

Lots of drugs and crime and nastiness but also lots of preppy parks and restaurants. It's a tale of two neighborhoods in the same one. Lots of homeless and poor people next to rich people. Gentrification and cost of living sucks. It is very close to lots of things to do though. You'll never be bored and get the big city vibe when you live here.

I have lived within one block of the Capitol for 6 years. The homeless population is taking over. I do not feel safe at Civic Center park. I will not even walk my dog at Lincoln park because of all the needles. There is great access to the very best of Denver but the homeless population ruins the experience. I plan to move to Washington Park.
