Situated just five miles east of Panama City, Callaway is a largely residential community located just across the East Bay from Tyndall Air Force Base. Callaway’s close proximity to the base makes it a popular choice for many military members and their families along with its secluded, small-town atmosphere.
Callaway offers an array of townhomes, houses, and apartments available for rent in a laidback locale. Although the community is mostly residential, Callaway touts a bevy of everyday conveniences along Tyndall Parkway and Wewa Highway—the community’s major thoroughfares.
