Situated just five miles east of Panama City, Callaway is a largely residential community located just across the East Bay from Tyndall Air Force Base. Callaway’s close proximity to the base makes it a popular choice for many military members and their families along with its secluded, small-town atmosphere.
Callaway offers an array of townhomes, houses, and apartments available for rent in a laidback locale. Although the community is mostly residential, Callaway touts a bevy of everyday conveniences along Tyndall Parkway and Wewa Highway—the community’s major thoroughfares. Callaway also boasts plenty of options for outdoor recreation at the local Veterans Park and Under the Oaks Park in addition to nearby Saint Andrews State Park and Panama City Beach.
