My experience in living in Beverly has been very good so far. I have good commute going to work via train and I am in a safe place. The stores are in walking distance and I am very close to getting all of my needs in different places as well. Transportation is not an issue because of everything that is close by me like the train or the bus if I am without a car. Its pretty safe out. People usually keep to themselves for the very most part so you will get good privacy moving into the area. Pretty nice as well and manner-able. It is also a quiet area as well so you will have good peace also. There are a lot of stores going towards evergreen park as well. A good area overall. Very convenient to live in.

Living in Beverly has been a great experience and memory as I had he chance of growing up in this neighborhood and having seen everything that it has to offer, it'll be hard for me to leave the place I call home. There isn't much that I would want to change unless it was structural, but other than that, absolutely no changes should be made. The neighbors are great, there are a variety of restaurants, and the setting is beautiful for anyone to live in.

I love the diversity of Beverly and they all come together when the time is right. It is a very well neighborhood to be in, it is very peaceful and quiet during the day and night. The presentation of the neighborhood is fantastic, it is always clean and well groomed.
