To be completely honest, the area I live in isn't too pleasant at all. From being awoken early morning from neighbors arguing to gun shots and police sirens late at night, it hardly rests. The quality of living, overall is terrible. It's a constant reminder of a place I'm glad I didn't grow up in. The environment definitely isn't for young children, or children at all. To be completely honest, people only live here because of the cost of living, I don't know a single person that would willingly move here if they had choices available to them.

I don't necessarily think the establishments are entirely in poor conditions but I feel that the consumers/clients depreciate the value of the establishments
