Property Ratings at Lively at Grande Dunes
I’ve really enjoyed living here and would recommend. The community is pleasant, and the units are great overall. That said, there are two issues worth mentioning. First, valet trash pickup is closer to 85% reliable — they’ve missed quite a few days, and they don’t operate on major holidays, which isn’t ideal when considering it’s a service you're paying for. Second, I’m not a pet owner, but I’ve noticed that the pick-up-after-your-pet policy is poorly enforced. It’s not overwhelming, but I’ve seen enough pet waste around the complex that I now watch where I step more than I should have to. These things don’t ruin the experience, but they do detract from what could be a truly excellent place to live. Otherwise the staff is great, maintenance is quick and reliable (usually next day when requested) and community is quiet.

I love the lively at grande dunes so far. I am a little frustrated that when I asked about setting up the WiFi for my thermostat they said not to because it’ll trip the breaker.

Beautiful apartments. Community is mostly quiet. Maintenance is timely and addresses in apartment issues as needed. Exterior of windows are filthy and cannot be accessed by residents and are not cleaned by maintenance. Pool area is semi cared for but often dirty.

The community is slowly improving. Not sure what the change was but I hope it continues to improve. The grounds seem a little cleaner, and a few staff members seem a little happier and friendlier. The only issue I am having is using the amenities that were offered when I signed my lease. Hopefully those are a work in progress also.

Love the apartment but hate the Marijuana smell in the elevator and the many people who don't pick up after their pets. The apartments are nice but the complex is not well managed. The electronic portals do not work and neither do the smart features they advertise.

Anyone can do anything they want and the complex does nothing about it. Most the amenities are unusable because the class of people that have moved in over the last year.

So far it's great, but the gym is lacking and it doesn't feel super social. The apartment itself is nice enough. I do wish i could opt for cheaper internet though.

The people that live here are amazing. The apartment management is poor. Very little interaction, to the point that they try and not make eye contact. Poor follow through. Building maintenance and cleanliness has decreased in the past month.

The apartment is so cute and a great layout. The amenities are great and very well kept. Everything is also esthetically pleasing to look at as well. I love that it’s only a mile from the beach and I can run bike or drive there in a flash.

The apartments itself is nice, but the windows that cannot be reached are so filthy, they’re difficult to see through then and management will not power wash. Also, at any given time, there’s always a few amenities that are paid for, but do not work. There is also this “package room” which is just a room where all of the buildings packages are brought. Every time a package is delivered, it’s a 15-20 minute effort to find your package in the room. And sometimes, the package is stolen because all residents have access to everyone else’s package.

This area is amazing for an apartment! It’s hidden away from the busy streets while still being close to everything you need even walking distance to restaurants and stores. The staff are very nice and always willing to help, including the maintenance team being very quick to resolve any issues. There are many great amenities that stand out amongst other complexes and I hope to experience many more.

This one of the best apartment complexes I have ever stayed at. It has more emenities that any other complex such as the dog walk, pool, clubhouse.

Living at The Lively Grande Dunes has been an incredible experience. With the beach just one mile away, a fantastic pool, and numerous added amenities, it offers everything you could want. The maintenance team is exceptional, consistently going above and beyond and always present to address any needs. The only downside is the occasional noise from my upstairs neighbor, but even that doesn't diminish the 5-star rating I've given. Definitely recommend living here.

Love it so far! The pool is great and the people are so nice! The staff was very helpful moving in and I am excited to be here!! I also love all of the available parking

so far everything has been great, the only thing i do not like is that we did not receive a set of key FOBs when we arrived so we weren’t able to do a lot of things on our first couple days. We had to go down and tell them that we needed them

Community is really nice, couple things we did not like are when we moved in shower head was broken, and water smell like rotten eggs, I would think that apartment could have been prepared a little bit better for our arrival, it’s pretty easy to let water run for a bit to make sure smell is gone and check everything to make sure it works. Dishwasher is broken as well. And coffee machine seems like did not had milk today

Lovely! This place feels like it has everything, to the polite service reps, plentiful amenities that are well taken care of, bikes for rent, coffee and cold brew available, computers and printers available, and it looks nice from the outside in!

My first day move in apartment experience was excellent—clean, modern amenities, friendly staff, and a great location. I would highly recommend!
So far so good!!! Beautiful property and everyone has been so helpful so far. I love all of the apps and tech features. The yoga on Tuesdays and community events! Looking forward to meeting my neighbors.

Apartments are nice and new. Amenities are good when they are not broken. No way to clean outside of windows…absolutely filthy! Lots of dog poop everywhere despite having a dog park on site. Good location.

So far our experience has been good except with a few things. The hallways stay dirty and I’ve seen a dog try to attack another dog while the dogs were laid over her dog to protect it. And packages are a mess when trying to find them and at times they are lost. There isn’t a lot of events like we thought there would be so we can meet other residents

The only negative thing about living here is my upstairs neighbors noise levels. Otherwise love living here, love the amenities and the community.

It’s a nice apartment with great amenities and surrounding neighborhood. I love how everything is so close by and convenient. There’s grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, literally everything within a five min radius. I can’t wait to explore everything more.

Just moved in a week ago. Management staff has been very friendly & prompt helping me set up. JD in maintenance was quick and knowledgeable helping me set up my automatic door lock. New building, so everything is very modern and up to date.
