Had numerous issues since moving in. Problems and safety concerns are swept under the rug and not addressed in a timely manner. Currently my apartment is full of water and the emergency maintenance request we made hours ago has had nothing come of it. I routinely get blocked from using my car by my upstairs resident. I’m sick of it and want to move so badly but breaking the lease and paying to move isn’t an option money wise or time wise.

Very Quiet, and Friendly. Accessible to all major roads, and highways. Wonderful facilities. Like Gym, and Pool which is always keep clean.

So far been living here for 4 months and still love the apartment. People are really friendly. My favorite part is sitting on my balcony at night and just relaxing.

My experience so far has been great. The apartment is spacious and I love the layout. The master bedroom is huge, and the walk-in shower is great. The amenities are wonderful and you can’t ask for a better location! Love being so close to the beach and amazing shops and restaurants. Autumn, in the leasing office has made the move-in process go smoothly and she has been great to interact with.

I have seen some improvement in the property. I’m not sure what the change was but it appears there is a higher priority on building maintenance and cleanliness. However communication still continues to lack. It seems people have to first ask why something is the way it is before the entire building receives a response.
Everything is great I really like living in the Lively if they're is one thing I would say is that pool needs to be cleaned more often than it is
We moved in a little over a week ago and so far everything has been great with our apartment. It was super clean and looks like it has been freshly painted. Our screened in balcony is perfect! It looks exactly like the pictures on the website. They recently added new chairs around the pool so there is a lot of seating. We've used the pool daily as well as the gym. The only negative is the constant smell of weed in the hallways that comes into the apartment whenever we open the doors.
My husband and I have been here almost 2 years with our toddler and we love it. We love being able to walk to the beach and the neighborhood in general. My personal favorite amenity is the 24 hr gym. I love being able to workout anytime of the day. Maintenance here is wonderful as well, super responsive and fix whatever needs fixing promptly.
This place is like paradise. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. My apartment is so clean and beautiful. It’s like no one lived in it before me. I am so excited for this new adventure
I’ve really enjoyed living here and would recommend. The community is pleasant, and the units are great overall. That said, there are two issues worth mentioning. First, valet trash pickup is closer to 85% reliable — they’ve missed quite a few days, and they don’t operate on major holidays, which isn’t ideal when considering it’s a service you're paying for. Second, I’m not a pet owner, but I’ve noticed that the pick-up-after-your-pet policy is poorly enforced. It’s not overwhelming, but I’ve seen enough pet waste around the complex that I now watch where I step more than I should have to. These things don’t ruin the experience, but they do detract from what could be a truly excellent place to live. Otherwise the staff is great, maintenance is quick and reliable (usually next day when requested) and community is quiet.

I love the lively at grande dunes so far. I am a little frustrated that when I asked about setting up the WiFi for my thermostat they said not to because it’ll trip the breaker.

Beautiful apartments. Community is mostly quiet. Maintenance is timely and addresses in apartment issues as needed. Exterior of windows are filthy and cannot be accessed by residents and are not cleaned by maintenance. Pool area is semi cared for but often dirty.

The community is slowly improving. Not sure what the change was but I hope it continues to improve. The grounds seem a little cleaner, and a few staff members seem a little happier and friendlier. The only issue I am having is using the amenities that were offered when I signed my lease. Hopefully those are a work in progress also.

Love the apartment but hate the Marijuana smell in the elevator and the many people who don't pick up after their pets. The apartments are nice but the complex is not well managed. The electronic portals do not work and neither do the smart features they advertise.

Anyone can do anything they want and the complex does nothing about it. Most the amenities are unusable because the class of people that have moved in over the last year.

So far it's great, but the gym is lacking and it doesn't feel super social. The apartment itself is nice enough. I do wish i could opt for cheaper internet though.

The people that live here are amazing. The apartment management is poor. Very little interaction, to the point that they try and not make eye contact. Poor follow through. Building maintenance and cleanliness has decreased in the past month.

Just moved in and so far I'm loving it. Residents are all friendly and so are the maintenance staff! Super convenient with the elevator for my elderly dog.

The apartment is so cute and a great layout. The amenities are great and very well kept. Everything is also esthetically pleasing to look at as well. I love that it’s only a mile from the beach and I can run bike or drive there in a flash.

The apartments itself is nice, but the windows that cannot be reached are so filthy, they’re difficult to see through then and management will not power wash. Also, at any given time, there’s always a few amenities that are paid for, but do not work. There is also this “package room” which is just a room where all of the buildings packages are brought. Every time a package is delivered, it’s a 15-20 minute effort to find your package in the room. And sometimes, the package is stolen because all residents have access to everyone else’s package.

This area is amazing for an apartment! It’s hidden away from the busy streets while still being close to everything you need even walking distance to restaurants and stores. The staff are very nice and always willing to help, including the maintenance team being very quick to resolve any issues. There are many great amenities that stand out amongst other complexes and I hope to experience many more.

Moved in late October and have had a great experience living here since. I use the gym and pool frequently and like to walk my son around the apartment a few times a week. Everything is in great shape and well kept.

This one of the best apartment complexes I have ever stayed at. It has more emenities that any other complex such as the dog walk, pool, clubhouse.

Living at The Lively Grande Dunes has been an incredible experience. With the beach just one mile away, a fantastic pool, and numerous added amenities, it offers everything you could want. The maintenance team is exceptional, consistently going above and beyond and always present to address any needs. The only downside is the occasional noise from my upstairs neighbor, but even that doesn't diminish the 5-star rating I've given. Definitely recommend living here.
