Do not get fooled by the fake 5 stars reviews. The office manager and the receptionist seems pretty nice over the phone but they will care less about resolving issues. It's incredible that it seems that they just go to work for their paycheck. Also, the carpet started smell bad after a week I moved in, a bad smell from the a.c. ventilation like dust all the time, everything is old in the bathroom and in the kitchen.

Nasty apartment! Old, smells bad, they jus did a little make up, pool is full of drunk people playing loud music etc

Liv apartments has been a great place to live. When we first moved in they were renovating all the units and we got a beautiful 2 bedroom with everything inside brand new. We felt like we were the first people to ever live in the apartment. They have also updated the pool deck and laundry room since we moved in. They are currently in the process of upgrading the office. The property was very nice when we moved in but we are glad to see the management is still making improvements.

Ventura Apartments has a great and very helpful office staff. The apartments are large and very nice with stuff like ceiling fans and dishwashers. It is very pet friendly and has a really nice pool, tennis and racket ball courts. There are clean laundry facilities. It is situated on the bus line. There are biking and walking trails. It is near shopping and the University of Florida. Go Gators!! I really love being there.

Great space, love the ability to paint my walls and customize to my liking. Have not found rooms this big in the Gainesville area with out going $600 or above!! Pretty nice and chic.

I've been here for about a year and a half and I'm pleased enough. It's far from the top of the line, but also a good ways from the bottom. I shopped a lot when looking for an apartment, and this one gave me the most space for the lowest rent. Many places in the the same price range or higher looked like chopped up motel rooms. It's right on a bus route and not far from any shopping needs, like grocery, etc. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me, and the couple times I've had to request maintenance, I got a quick response. My only complaint really is the laundry room, some company is supposed to do maintenance on the machines, and they don't. But all in all, I would have no problem recommending this place to anyone.

When initially looking for a place in Gainesville, I was told to look elsewhere for an apartment. The fact that my toddler grandson is in my care and the 2 of us are relying on my income alone, we couldn't be too picky. Of course safety is my first concern and when I drove by my current apartment complex, I was delightfully surprised to see how clean and quiet it actually was. Carson and I took a tour and were instantly liking the place. When I found out what the rent would be, I was even happier. It was at he high end of my rental budget but I knew if I went any lower,I'd be sacrificing our safety and I just couldn't do that. The ONLY reason why I rate it 3 stars is because I feel they could fix up the apartments a little more. With the deposit they collect, there should be no reason why there are minor flaws. Otherwise, I'm happy and can't wait to make our new apartment feel just like home!
