We really like it here. The only thing that is bad is the parking. You have people that have cars that are broke down in their garages and so they have to part outside plus use the guest parking. Really frustrating to the ones that can park in the garage and have guests coming over. They have to park down the road and walk forever. They really need to get these issues figured out. Other than that this place is great

I love it here no issues at all! Was having problems with Walmart delivery but DoorDash seems to work fine. The maps are starting to realize that we’re here.

In the beginning our move in was very smooth and easy. Leasing consults were fairly nice, but they were short and not very informative as they wanted everything done over the phone (if that) and online rather than in person. 2 stars because it is a nice neighborhood where people usually keep to themselves. No complaints there. But after living here for almost 4-5months, I will say that these builds are very poorly built. It does seem like they were rushed to build and every thing seems very low quality. EX: The paint/stucco comes off SUPER easily when wiping down the walls, doorstops have punctured right through the doors both in the top and bottom, flooring is lifting and bulging near counter and on the stairs. Light fixtures and vents on ceiling have fallen out of nowhere. Just to name an FEW. And for how much it costs to live here? I agree that there really shouldn’t be any issues! Not to mention, the bugs and rats.
Love it here everyone is so peaceful and stay to themselves… look forward to meeting new people and the families that surround the area… Kee
Touchstone at Little Valley without a doubt is the best place to lease. I couldn’t be more grateful for Alix’s outstanding support and having the patient to walk through you the whole process. Alix is phenomenal at her job and truly makes one feel accepted within the community. Alix is on top of everything and making sure your needs are met. Everyone within the community is amazing and family friendly. If you are looking for a place to call home join the community!

Neighborhood is nice, but I wasn’t pleased with our roof leaking. I hope it was fixed correctly. If we pay for something pricey, then we shouldn’t have any problems. I wasn’t pleased in how it was built and I hope management will fix problem. Washer/Dryer should’ve been better quality.

Great townhome community! Homes are incredible and cleanly built. They have cool extras like the app control for the home security and ring doorbell. Service requests are handled quickly and efficiently.
I am loving every second of being here. It has been a beautiful experience since moving in. I recommend to everyone. We don’t have a pool but they are finishing up the playground!!!!
Amazing area and the home is beautiful! I love that our unit has a view of the lake and mountains! I wish the back yard was bigger but it’s enough room for the kids to still play light games!
I think it’s been great so far. Very quick to answer any service concerns but parking is horrible. Wished they had a designated area for people to visit and park. Makes people not want to come to my house due to parking situation
The leasing agents were great!! Our move in was super easy and well organized.. our townhome looks amazing they did a really good job hooking up the alarm systems and The ring cameras. Garage is very spacious.. I am over all happy with this home
