Property Ratings at Little Brook Apartments
I have rented a studio apartment here for 3 years and I pay $650 a month. I have never paid rent late. I pay all my bills, hold a steady job and contribute to the community. The new owners at Humphry Management are terminating my lease when it expires for renovations. Because there is no studio available they are offering me a one bedroom for $950. The information here says studio apartments are available, which they have been advertising, and one bedroom apartments are $790 or $850. I don't have an explanation for the discrepancy, but I would advise caution when considering these apartments.
they are raising the rent up to high, also you cant smoke in your house or car or porch you well be evicted.
