Litchford 315 Apartments

Still enjoying living at Litchford 315 in north Raleigh. Been living there since 2022 and now I’m moving to my fourth year living at Litchford 315.

Great experience moving in and living in the community so far. Much easier move in and much cleaner than other apartment complexes I have been in before.

I have been here for years. I still smell marijuana, and that falls under smoke. This is a non-smoking premises, yet I still have to deal with walking through clouds of weed. Still find dog poop in the grassy areas. Still no playground for children. Still have poor staff interactions. Still find garbage all around the premises, when going for a walk. I still see people with clutter on their porches, yet our one refrigerator was an eye sore and we were told to get rid of it.

I love my apartment home?? it is peaceful and beautiful landscape! All the staff members are absolutely wonderful and professional! I'm loving the pool as well!

The leasing staff were top notch! They expedited my move in with clarity and comfort. I am so happy with my apartment and all the wonderful amenities here at Litchford 315!

Over the last year the community has gone downhill. Majority of the nice people have moved out. Horrible experiences (multiple). I imagine it’ll only get worse!

I just moved into my new apartment and I’m beyond impressed! The space is beautiful, clean, and feels like home already. The management has been so helpful and welcoming throughout the entire process. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better start to this new chapter!

The unit itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern appliances, updated fixtures, and plenty of natural light. The layout is practical, and everything from the floors to the countertops feels thoughtfully designed.

It’s been 4 months now and all is great… anytime there is something wrong in the apartment, all I do is report it to the office or to the maintenance crew and it gets taken care of within 24 to 48 hours… I’ve not really had but one serious problems… that was the air conditioner went out, and they immediately brought me an air conditioner for the floor to use until they got the repair man out to get things fixed … The other things were minor and dealt with in a timely manor…my only suggestion is more shade around the pool…lol

I’ve lived here for 4 years. It’s mostly quiet and people are friendly. I look forward to the pool opening. I also enjoy the food truck visits periodically.

Love the peace and quiet here! The staff is so kind and understanding. They make sure you have what you need and the energy saving equipment we record is amazing.

I absolutely love my apartment. The neighbors are friendly. The community is very beautiful. Close to lots of places I frequent. The rooms are spacious. I will be living here for a long time.

I’ve lived here for almost four years and it’s remained pretty quiet. There are periodically food trucks visiting and I’m looking forward to the pool reopening.

The office staff, especially Shante, made the move in process A1 easy. Very detailed in information with excellent residential customer service

The community has gotten low life renters. Out of my 2 years here, I’m ready to go! Shootings, low life neighbors and people trying my patience!

Everything and everyone has come together to make sure I am comfortable and that is greatly appreciated…the apartment is clean and refreshing…

I absolutely love my new apartment! I love how everything still looks brand new and the updated appliances. The Marble counters are just beautiful! The apartment has a lot of storage space. Making it easy to find a place for anything!

I don’t know what’s going on with the new staff, I would say the staff that’s been there recently within 3 months, they NEVER answer the phone, they NEVER return texts and they NEVER respond to voicemail. Not every resident have the luxury to come into the office, that’s why answering the phone and returning calls are important. You can never get questions answered. Based on those reasons, I won’t consider renewing. Office staff is what draws the resident retention, if you half azz office staff, you loose residents. We just want to be heard and have our questions resolved without having to leave 5 voicemails, 2 texts and still no response.

The apartment community is clean and the neighbors seem friendly. I moved in this week and so far so good. Front desk is nice and the apartments are great for what you're paying for. It's updated and what you see online is what you get!

I love it here! The apartments are spacious, quiet, and welcoming! Me and my children are so grateful to the staff for giving us a warm welcoming and support. 10/10 recommend.

Shante is awesome! She is so pleasant, prompt and very easy to work with! I love the view of the pool and the apartment is one of the best in the area.

I’ve lived here since the community opened. The community is mostly quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. I am looking forward to the summer and the pool being back open.

My experience here has been a mixture of good and bad.They're constantly changing things which is kind of an inconvenience. The gym has only been open during staff work hours (now fixed). The clubhouse is only open during staff work hours. They locked the gate by the grill so in the summer it makes it hard to grab something from the table, interact with family etc. The business center never has any ink in the printer. Other than some inconveniences the apartment is very nice.

I really appreciate Ms. Shantae when I tell you she was professional helpful and amazing. Ms. Shantae work with me and my father and made the process smooth. I also would like to thank Barry for also making the process smooth. If I can give a 10 star I would. Thank you Litchford 315.

Litchford 315 was very helpful during the move-in process, specifically once I came for my move in appointment. The paperwork was prepared and I was able to move in quickly. The apartment itself was clean, as well as the communal spaces. So far, this is a great community!

Like always, I don't like how the community is built, too many disturbances with neighbors noise, meaning thin walls, too thin for my comfort. I love the apartment itself, I just dont like they became adorable housing and the demographic has changed, too many sloppy residents who don’t care for where they live.

Nice neighborhood , lovely people, noise ordinance could be abided a little more but overall it’s okay, beautiful scenery, wonderful amenities

These homes are beautiful, only issue I faced was one of my packages being stolen other than that. No complaints so far. Price’s aren’t bad for affordable income.

Smooth and seamless, Ms. Shaun’s helped me the entire way ! Before moving here I didn’t know much about the area. Now that I live here I see that I am near everything I can possibly think of.

Still enjoying a good place to live is Raleigh called Litchford 315. They have good amenities, good bedroom/bathrooms and everything else they have.

The office staff were very friendly and nice. The overall process was a great experience and went well all around! So glad to be apart of this community!

I feel safe when walking my dogs, I get along great with neighbors and staff and everyone is so helpful and makes living here more enjoyable. I love when the staff have different activities and food trucks that come and visit the community. Shows how much they care about everyone.

My move in process was smooth and so easy. Thank you so much for making our transition so smooth. I originally was set up to move in at a different complex that messed my move in up. Got switched here and I’m so happy I did. Special thanks to the ladies in the leasing office that went above and beyond for me. Thank you again !

Love the community, very quiet, clean and friendly. The only issue I have is the apartment complex having a dog park but not having a playground for kids to play.

Overall I'm happy with the apartments. I moved in prior to the sliding scale rent. When I went to renew my lease it has taken 3x as long as I thought it would. The property looks good and most of the people are nice. I feel safe walking with the dog anytime of day.

I love it for the most part. I just hate that people don't clean up after their dogs when they are supplied with the bags and waste basket to rid of the poop, especially in the dog park. I refuse to take my dog in there because of it.

I just moved in last week and when I tell you I love it here! Micky was my leasing consultant and I believe she is also the property manager. She helped me throughout this process and got me the exact layout that I wanted from the very start. From start to finish she was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I love the unit and the amenities and you cant beat it price wise. Its quiet for the most part and very clean. So far this has been a great transition and a wonderful experience.

Clean, friendly neighborhood . Quiet and settling in the evenings . Feeling a sense of community again. Plenty of community events to take advantage of, No or close to the property
