I have been here for years. I still smell marijuana, and that falls under smoke. This is a non-smoking premises, yet I still have to deal with walking through clouds of weed. Still find dog poop in the grassy areas. Still no playground for children. Still have poor staff interactions. Still find garbage all around the premises, when going for a walk. I still see people with clutter on their porches, yet our one refrigerator was an eye sore and we were told to get rid of it.

It’s been 4 months now and all is great… anytime there is something wrong in the apartment, all I do is report it to the office or to the maintenance crew and it gets taken care of within 24 to 48 hours… I’ve not really had but one serious problems… that was the air conditioner went out, and they immediately brought me an air conditioner for the floor to use until they got the repair man out to get things fixed … The other things were minor and dealt with in a timely manor…my only suggestion is more shade around the pool…lol

I don’t know what’s going on with the new staff, I would say the staff that’s been there recently within 3 months, they NEVER answer the phone, they NEVER return texts and they NEVER respond to voicemail. Not every resident have the luxury to come into the office, that’s why answering the phone and returning calls are important. You can never get questions answered. Based on those reasons, I won’t consider renewing. Office staff is what draws the resident retention, if you half azz office staff, you loose residents. We just want to be heard and have our questions resolved without having to leave 5 voicemails, 2 texts and still no response.
The apartment community is clean and the neighbors seem friendly. I moved in this week and so far so good. Front desk is nice and the apartments are great for what you're paying for. It's updated and what you see online is what you get!

My experience here has been a mixture of good and bad.They're constantly changing things which is kind of an inconvenience. The gym has only been open during staff work hours (now fixed). The clubhouse is only open during staff work hours. They locked the gate by the grill so in the summer it makes it hard to grab something from the table, interact with family etc. The business center never has any ink in the printer. Other than some inconveniences the apartment is very nice.
I really appreciate Ms. Shantae when I tell you she was professional helpful and amazing. Ms. Shantae work with me and my father and made the process smooth. I also would like to thank Barry for also making the process smooth. If I can give a 10 star I would. Thank you Litchford 315.

Like always, I don't like how the community is built, too many disturbances with neighbors noise, meaning thin walls, too thin for my comfort. I love the apartment itself, I just dont like they became adorable housing and the demographic has changed, too many sloppy residents who don’t care for where they live.

Love the community, very quiet, clean and friendly. The only issue I have is the apartment complex having a dog park but not having a playground for kids to play.

Overall I'm happy with the apartments. I moved in prior to the sliding scale rent. When I went to renew my lease it has taken 3x as long as I thought it would. The property looks good and most of the people are nice. I feel safe walking with the dog anytime of day.

I love it for the most part. I just hate that people don't clean up after their dogs when they are supplied with the bags and waste basket to rid of the poop, especially in the dog park. I refuse to take my dog in there because of it.
