About This Home
A studio apartment for rent with an ensuite bathroom. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms | Newly renovated | Three levels | In a safe and cozy community, we're looking for a roommate for the second bedroom. Since we need to share common areas and the current residents are all male (all students/working professionals), we believe this will make everyone feel more comfortable. We prefer a friendly, tidy, and communicative future roommate. Since our previous roommate graduated and moved out, we're looking for a new roommate for the third bedroom. The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and move-in ready. Rent: $800/month, shared expenses. Convenient location, close to transportation/schools/living information. If interested, please schedule a viewing! **House Highlights: Newly upgraded: 1,667 square feet, three-story, fully renovated, high-quality living with a flexible layout. Bright and spacious: The basement features high ceilings, full-length windows, and ample storage and decorating space. A high-end kitchen includes a stainless steel appliance package (refrigerator/dishwasher/microwave/stove/disposer). Amenities include a washer and dryer in the basement for worry-free living. Excellent location: A 1-2 minute walk to public transportation for easy access to the city; Interstate 376 is 3 minutes away for quick access to downtown Pittsburgh; and the area is close to top restaurants, cafes, and shopping (all within easy walking distance). Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh are a 9-10 minute drive; Duquesne University is a 3-minute drive; and there is ample street parking!

Southside Flats is one of two neighborhoods that make up Pittsburgh's dynamic Southside. The primarily residential neighborhood is located at the base Mount Washington, Southside's enormous hill. It also sits right under the Southside Slopes, the other Southside neighborhood, which runs precariously up the hillside. Residents of the Flats have convenient access to the hottest shopping and nightlife district in Pittsburgh, as well as riverfront trails and parks.
The lively neighborhood lies south of the Monongahela River and south of East Carson Street, known as the "Great American Main Street." One of Pittsburgh's major commercial corridors, East Carson Street offers 15 blocks of Victorian architecture, boutiques, restaurants, bars, art galleries, theatres, and live music venues.
Southside has experienced a residential renaissance, as older 19th-century homes, abandoned factories, and mills are being renovated into modern houses, apartments, and luxury lofts.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
