Property Ratings at Lexington Crossing
Overall I am pretty satisfied with my stay. The new management has significantly improved my experience here. They have made additional efforts to maintain the apartments, host community events, and respond to feedback, compared to previous management. I would recommend this apartment complex to others looking for good value for what you pay for.
Best apartment complex in my opinion they are renovated and have a lot of amenities to offer worth the price. Will definitely recommend to my friends
Maintenance is great they're always on time nice and friendly and very clean and quick and efficient.... Very for night very outgoing and spoken
I love it, they have been so caring, helpful, thoughtful, patient, and kind. There were a few bumps, but they immediately jumped into action and helped me. The staff here are amazing, the community also has so many little things to do.
Great experience so far. Comfortable living, friendly staff, and a calm community. No ghost sightings yet, and the neighbors are mostly human, which is always reassuring.
Do not live here. Management can (and in my case did) relocate you to another apartment on the complex with only a 7-day warning (and a 48-hour moving window). This is permitted by the lease, which you should absolutely read if you plan to move in here. Lexington crossing needs to rewrite their lease because it allows for this to happen.
Amenities are decent and the staff is helpful. Apartments are clean. The pools currently don't work but I believe they are working to get them fixed
Everything has been amazing since I moved in anything I have questions about they are able to answer them anything I need help with they are able to help everything has been wonderful

The doors have a huge gap space at the bottom smells travel in easy . Great amenities for the price . Staff is nice and the pool is clean so is the complex!!
my apartment always hot :( when i had to change apartments due to a roommate conflict i had to pay a large fee, very unnecessary since i was not breaking my lease. in general i feel like the units are okay, but not worth the price and the climbing rent. i kinda resent the fact that the front office has offered social media influencers/ sorority folk discounted rent. i feel like the constant events are unnecessary just make our expenses cheaper bruh
A wonderful management team combined with a peaceful, organized place to stay. Clean rooms, timely assistance, and a stress-free environment make it an ideal and enjoyable living experience.
It’s nice, my only complaint is that maintenance requests don’t get completed. There was tape residue on my window when I moved in and they didn’t clean off all of it. You would think that mold under a windowsill and shower soap holder would spark concern to fix it but clearly not.
It is a nice apartment. I like the services are quick and people are easy to approach. Apartment is fully furnished and clean, it has nice activity center and a swimming pool.
Overall amazing apartment complex! The staff at the office respond fast and kindly, I have ever had an issue with them once. My apartment hasn’t had any major issues besides the occasional pest problem but even then it’s not too bad. They also have pest control who will take care of it for you if you are having a little bug problem! Overall nice quality rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens compared to other places. My other issue is that sometimes people are loud outside my window at night which is a bit of disturbance but it’s nothing crazy.
Management is very nice, they are approachable and willing to help. The grounds are well kept. When maintenance is needed they come in decent amount of time
This has been my first experience living outside of my parents house and I’d say it’s been pretty great. The amenities and general quality of the community is amazing

The rent is very affordable and parking is free and accessible. We haven't encountered any major issues, and the staff are typically very kind and quick to address concerns. A couple staff are not as easy to work with, but we've had a good experience overall. The walls are a little thin, so occasionally there is noise, but nothing too crazy.

My experience at Lexington Crossing is largely positive. The location is very convenient, the amenities are excellent, and the sense of community among residents is strong. Maintenance responds in a timely manner, and the office staff are always courteous and helpful. It’s a comfortable place overall. However, I have experienced some cleanliness concerns and occasional pest issues. Fortunately, the staff have been attentive and made efforts to address and correct these problems when they arise.

Love it here!! Came from another apartment complex and moved in this weekend and had a really great experience! They worked with me on my move in date and made sure I completed everything in a timely manner so I can qualify for a special! Very cool staff team with glowing personalities. Very happy with the valet trash as I HATE taking out trash haha (my boyfriend will enjoy this more since I always make him take out trash lol) very happy here and u will be too!

Been a great two years overall. Life is convenient, peaceful, and safe here. Close to everything that matters to me (grocery, highway, gas station, mall). Quiet and well taken care of landscaping makes it a very nice place to live. Not perfect, but charming and a great bang for the buck. Love the abundance of tall trees all around that make it secluded. Maintenance takes care of issues promptly. Management follows through with their word. Staff in general goes above and beyond and is friendly.

They hold plentiful of events for the residents that involve coming together for activities and food. The LC bus is convenient for those heading to certain parts of UF.

Very good. I live the mailing and new bus system implemented from last year. I also love how there is personal trash service every night on weekdays as last year we were forced ti go across the apartment complex and dump our own trash. Loving the new management!

Really great place highly recommend. There is problems with the wifi sometimes and often there is quite a strong trash smell due to residents leaving trash out for pickup. But otherwise awesome place.

Very nice and smooth process, only thing is some places in the apartment weren't clean. The kitchen had spots on the ceiling and the floor was dirty. Also, not all the oven stove tops were working or the dishwasher.

I really enjoy living here because it’s a community ran for students by students! You have so many amenities from a basketball court to a pool to a mail room so you don’t have to worry about your package is getting stolen and even a gym and free printing!!

I have had a good experience living in Lexington Crossing. The amenities are pretty nice and so is the staff. I like how big the bedrooms are and that there is no carpet throughout the apartment.

My experience has not been bad. I love the location of Lexington Crossing and the amenities are nice! My only complaint is the lack of personal care that I sometimes experience from the office, but that is common for many complexes. It’s not the end of the world.

Rent price is very worth it and inexpensive. Maintenance is always really fast and usually comes within a day or two. The amenities are also nice.

Friendly staff here. The location is convenient for commuting to and from school with great local spots to explore and dine at. Would recommend as there is also a simple and smooth option for those looking to sublease.

I like my room, mail room, bathroom, and amenities. Overall nothing to complain about, like any apartment complex there are things to be improved upon.

The first room I moved into wasn't that good. The bathroom was leaking all the time and the the interior was just very unclean. The second room in phase 1 was a lot better. Everything was cleaned out except the floor still had paint that was very difficult to wash off.

The staff here have been nothing but kind but unfortunately I am not a fan of whoever is in charge above and running things. This apartment seems money hungry and likes to put their residents to the side and not help with maintence requests or other requests. None of these issues are jabs at the office people but I expect better. My one star goes to the office people who have been nothing but kind and patient and understanding from day one. No complaints when it comes to them but it takes decades for things to get done here or it never actually gets done. I pay to live here. It should not be that way. This whole new trash system sucks too, wym I’m being forced to pay $10 every month for a terrible trash system who doesn’t always pick up on time and is extremely pick with how trash is placed. How does that make sense? You have 3x3s and 4x4s so trash gathers quickly and we can’t just plan for trash. I have a lot more stuff to say but you get the picture but im done with this place.

Good price, so cannot complain much. Community areas are clean and taken care of. The apartment was rough when I moved in but they did give us new furniture. I'm glad the wifi is fixed.

My overall experience as a resident has been very positive. The community is well-maintained, clean, and safe, and the staff is always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or maintenance requests. The amenities provided are convenient and enhance the quality of living here. The neighbors are friendly, and the environment feels welcoming and comfortable. However, one area I believe could be improved is the additional charges for items such as water, furniture, and similar fees. While I understand some costs are necessary, more transparency or inclusion of these essentials in the base rent would make the experience even better.

The amenities are nice, and the study room is really chill. However, getting maintenance requests completed is very difficult; oftentimes, someone will mark it as complete, and the office tells you that they're marking it as such because maintenance is starting to work on it. But then you never have it completed, and then you have to submit a whole new request, which is then moved to the bottom of the list.
