I’ve been in my unit at Solle Davie less than a month but I feel so at home already! Very quiet and nice area. The management team is lovely! Tiffany and Liane are always super helpful and willing to do whatever they can to satisfy all tenants here. The place is so spacious and beautiful. I have no complaints I would highly recommend anyone looking for a peaceful, safe and quiet area to rent to look no further!!! Solle is the place for you :) also I would like to add how helpful Tiffany was during my move in day. I work during the office’s business hours so picking up my keys would mean someone would have to stay behind after hours for me and Tiffany happily did just that with no problem! I greatly appreciated the efforts in all that she did to ensure my move in went smoothly! Again, I’m happy here and If I have any concerns I’m more than positive once I reach out to the team I’ll be answered and serviced in a timely manner. Very professional and helpful..10/10 :)

Solle Davie is in theory a great community in the Davie area. Nice people live there but unfortunately the property manager, Mary-Lou, genuinely is in above her head. The gates are constantly broken, trash piled 10 feet high near the dumpster, and she’s just generally a rude woman. With a competent property manager Solle Davie could be much better.

This is a beautiful property, the staff is amazing at what they do, there is always a positive attitude from each and every staff member. There has been a great change such as the unkept trash, before there was a lot of trash pilled up but recently everything has been cleaned and has been kept clean. There maybe some bad reviews but I can assure you those are most definitely false! My fellow residents must understand that the team member is working to the best of their ability and at the end of the day is solely doing their job. There are always bad fellow residents who like to ruin an image that doesn’t need to be ruined! Last but not least this property and their staff are the best. Also the maintenance that I have recently received was by far the best, it was done in a fast matter of time, I don’t remember the name of the maintenance member that helped me but I know it started with an M, he was absolutely great! I believe he just recently started, he really knows his stuff and is a great handy man! The dog area has been kept clean which I haven’t seen in a while.

I love this place!!! My aunt lives here and she cannot see herself living anywhere else! The staff is always very attentive and the manager is quick to assist her with any questions she had. They made the transition to moving here the best we have ever experienced this far. Definitely recommend living here not only are you getting a great place but wonderful people willing to meet any needs. Seriously considering moving here when my lease is up!!

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Solle Davie Luxury Apartments. The environment here is beautiful. I love relaxing by the pool or even going to the steam room after my gym workout. The Manager is very kind and a good person. The staff is amazing and super helpful. Should I go on? I Recommend this place for sure!

Recently moved in with my wife and we are more then blessed to have this as our first place. I cannot begin to express how amazing this place is. The location of the place is IDEAL! We have grocery stores, shopping plazas, and much more in just seconds of a drive or walk. The staff were very welcoming and the manager made sure we were satisfied and answered any questions we had about the area. I strongly recommend this place!

Completely disappointed! Absolutely feel that Johnathan is the only comfort I have had so far and one good reason I to remain here as long as u have. He apologized sincerely when there are is a complaint. Glad to know Solle have one person who gets the job done .
