Kensington is an artistic neighborhood in Philadelphia that offers unique rentals, partially due to the spacious studio and loft apartments available. There are also several affordable and modern townhomes for rent in town that attract families. You’ll find locals heading down Frankford Avenue to the artistic Fishtown neighborhood which is full of craft breweries and charming pubs. Check out Philadelphia Brewing Company or Memphis Taproom for some local brews. Try a cheese pie at Pizza Brain, which doubles as the nation’s only pizza museum, or chow down on bratwurst at Frankford Hall, a large, indoor German beer garden.

I have just relocated to Hagert & York and boy, am I thankful that I did! The whole residential building looks amazing. The apartment is modern, and spacious, with high-quality finishes that make it a joy to live in. I am even more impressed with the unique amenities and resources Hager & York has to offer. But, perhaps the best difference is the exceptional service from the leasing manager, Henry. From the moment I applied, to the day I moved in, Henry was very resourceful, responsive and helpful. He was able to address all my queries and resolved any potential concerns associated with my move in. There are a lot of stressful tasks that come with relocating, and he radiated such positive energy it even made those tedious tasks stress free. Relocating from NY, I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in search of a place to stay to look no further than Hagert & York.

It’s a beautiful apartment complex with great amenities. The gym, the roof top deck, the common sitting areas. So far everything has been great. I’m happy with my decision of signing with them.

I love living at Hagert and York! The leasing office team is amazing. The events the team provides are amazing. The place is always clean and smells good. The rooftop is a great bonus. The Maintenance team is nice and very helpful. The best apartment I lived in thus far.
