Property Ratings at Vue of Parker Flatiron LSU
This is a review of just our experience with The Flatiron before move in, so far we have been charged an additional $120. in fees which were NOT disclosed in the lease. When we call the property regarding these fees we are given very poor customer service, and basically told that it is what it is. I have never had such an awful experience when renting. Unfortunately our lease has already been signed and without many other choices we are stuck with this very unfair addition of undisclosed fees. Although we have called and expressed our concern we have not been given any recourse. I just caution any prospective tenants to beware of this business' propensity for changing terms at their discretion.
