The kitchen is outfitted with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher as well as a host of smaller appliances like coffeemaker, toaster etc. The bedrooms are not furnished. Set up your bed, unpack your bags and your all moved in! This unit is located just steps from one of the community pools and pavilion areas with lounge chairs and BBQ grill for your use and just around the corner is the community basketball court. This unit currently has two cats that will remain in residence with the current tenant. The cats are free roaming in the common areas of the unit and will remain as such until further notice. No additional pets are being considered in the unit at this time. Rental fee for the vacant bedroom/bathroom is $795.00 per month plus 50% of monthly GRU utility expenses. COX internet is currently included in property owner's community association fees and will be included in the monthly rental fee unless this service is discontiued by the association.
