The customer service isn’t that good , several times the water has been out with no notification. The mice in my townhouse are horrible and they haven’t found one hole yet so I stopped calling. We are paying extra for amenities, the pool house was dirty over the summer and wasn’t open on certain days .

I've been here for a few weeks now and no one has come to do any maintenance in my apartment although they have promised to multiple times also when I moved in there were bed bugs in the building it took them almost a week to get an exterminator out here. Fun times this place is ridiculous.

I love it here. Got my apartment all cozy and is such a nice area. my only complaints have to be the trash trucks in the morning and also maintenance sometimes be all throughout the day with no heads up.

Just moved in on the 7th. Few things needed repair right off the bat so we will see how the maintenance response time is. So far so good. Bathroom fan was fixed next day. Lump/split in my countertop that im hoping they can fix. Neighborhood seems nice. Will update my review in a few months

Overall blessed. No issues with neighbors. Not much noise. Only real issue is staffing as far as maintenance. They don't have many maintenance. Also the floors and the walls are thin so you are bound to hear noise.

Yes, when I moved here nothing seemed to go right. I had an old stove and dishwasher that had bugs in them. After fussing for a few months I guessed they said FIX THIS LADY HOUSE BECAUSE SHE’S GOING TO CONTINUE EVERYDAY. I’m disabled but they end up putting in both brand new dishwasher and stove. All my complaints from the time I moved in, what maintenance was able to do they did all of it that day. I love my home and want to say thank you to the staff from always making sure that my home is safe.

We have been here for almost a month. we love the apartment we are in. we don't experience too much noise between outside & others in the building. after moving in, we put in a request. it took them about 3 weeks to attempt to fix the problem. after speaking with the leasing office, i gave them until wednesday before i called again but, i received an email that my order was complete. upon returning to my apartment, i see they have not been here. i contacted the leasing office on thursday & when they called back i was told they attempted to fix our issue & maintenance was in the office while i was speaking with an agent. i was told they tried but since nobody was home they left & would come back when somebody was home. on friday, i called the office to tell them somebody was home. maintenance was busy & was at my apartment within 15-20 minutes. i only give 4 stars due to the fact it took almost 3 weeks for maintenance to even attempt to come to my apartment

So far so good. My only downfall is certain issues in the apartment but hopefully they are fixed soon. The rental office is very nice but it’s hard to get them to answer the phone at times. The neighborhood so far is quiet. The hallways in the building could use more paint, but overall not too many issues

Overall the neighborhood is pretty quiet. it is pet friendly. Parking isn't necessarily the best. Walls and floors are thin. But no real issues.

The staff are wonderful to work with. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Quiet neighborhood. Facilities are outside are kept clean and up to date. Love tge dog park.

Beautiful place. Some serious and “unresolvable” plumbing issues. Rental office staff is generally helpful and pleasant. The base rent is fair but the amenity fee is exorbitant for the basic or less than usable amenities provided. Enough parking for residents. You need a car because the bud stops are very fair away and run poorly. I personally would not recommend moving here, but I wouldn’t dissuade anyone either. Depends on what you’re willing to handle.

It's amazing here! The scenery is beautiful. The pool is an amenity worth having. The fitness center hasnt been fixed in a year. The only thing that needs improving is the maintenance team.

The environment is serene and well maintained. The property response to mantainenance issues is very prompt. The leasing staff are very polite. I have lived here with my family for more than four years now.

Move in was easy and efficient! However my oven has not worked since I moved in as well as there are other concerns , but they have ordered the part & fixed some of the other issues I have had upon my first month decently.

So far Its been good. The apartments are older but seem to have good bones the two bedroom has good space and storage area. The area seems quiet.

BEST PLACE WE MOVED TO THUS FAR! Nice spacious apartments and it amazes me with how much the staff is attentive to our needs/concerns. Ive never been to a place where it has a swimming pool and a fitness center. It cost $65/month extra but im not too worried about that knowing the kids will have a blast this summer. We are so happy we moved here.
