I’ve only lived here for a short period of time now, but living here for the past few weeks has been super nice! This is an excellent apartment complex!
Been living here for two years and are looking to stay for many more. Neighbors are quiet. Gym equipment still needs to be replaced, but besides that, Elan Denton is a great place to stay.
Elan Denton is a great place to live! I have had a great experience so far living here. The office staff is great! I love my 3bedroom, it’s big and very spacious!
Great a place . I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone and I’m actually referring my brother in law for a one bedroom apartment. I definitely intend in renewing my lease

Overall, I like living in Elan Denton. They still have a bad problem with poop being all around the property. They also changed the hours to the clubhouse which limits the access residents have. It should go back to 24 hours like the gym

Nice and quiet. But the stairwell never are regularly cleaned. They need to be maintained at least twice a month because there are lots of pet hair, trash, dirt, etc. it smells sometimes

the community is really great. my neighbors are always friendly! it is definitely the safest apartment complex i’ve lived at, despite the gates not working sometimes. it’s very quiet and we usually don’t have anything happen. the staff is friendly, but could also work on communicating better with residents.

We've been at Elan Denton for 3 years now and still love it overall! With the new management, we've noticed things around the complex don't get taken care of as quickly, as in the right gate and call box being broken for months. However, they seem to be trying, and the unit maintenance crew is still great!

Overall I’ve had a pretty pleasant experience here. I will say that things aren’t as crisp as they were when I first moved in, and it’s slowly becoming just a regular apartment. The staff used to host monthly socials to interact with other tenants and show appreciation, but I guess they’re over that now. It’s not that far from a lot of stuff in Denton, and the apartment complex is pretty nice, beware of the smell sometimes though (next to the dump).

Good location near unt and near lots of stores but neighbors are dirty and stair cases that lead to the apartments are often dirty as well and rarely cleaned

Verified Resident, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are in process right now of having all breezeways power washed. We are also sending notices out with the Valet trash reminding residents to place trash bags inside the receptacles provided to help maintain and keep clean the outside area by the entrances.

The maintenance & property/leasing management team are always super friendly and accommodating concerning any questions or needs I may have. The location is prime- located directly across the street from many shopping centers that have all of your needs covered along with restaurants galore! The apartments are beautiful and laid out in a spacious manner. Elan Denton is a great place to call your new home!

Compared to our last apartments, this community has been a huge upgrade.. the only part that gets frustrating is the Wifi going out constantly; otherwise this is a great community with peace and quiet

It has been a very pleasant quiet clean community, The agent at the front office are just awesome really am happy. I want thank all staff. The offering at the lobby is beautiful clean having the pool open year around., it would been great if would of been a heated pool. But other then that I'm pleased with all.

I love this place , if your thinking about living here do it ! The amenities here are the best , the maintenance is great as well all the staff are nice !
It’s very friendly community . It’s also dog friendly every walk there dogs around with no stress. Also very peaceful and relaxing. I like it.
Never a worry when you need Maintance. They are fast and dependable. I have several in my lifetime and so for this is the best. Never a worry if they will get the request or when they will be here. Notification sent make it all worry free.
My family is so happy to be at Elan Denton. We have been here over 2 years and have no plans to leave. Our apartment is wonderful. Any time we have to submit a maintenance request, it is completed almost immediately!
We love it here at Elan Denton! Our apartment layout is spacious, the appliances are top notch, the office staff is friendly, and our maintenance crew is top notch!
Overall I do like the community but there’s a lot of dog poop all around the property and they don’t have enough trash cans for residents to place their trash
Got our $500 with the look and lease special Elan had going on! So happy with our new home and can’t wait to buy something that will put the living room together!
My husband and I love living at Elan Denton. We have been living here for almost three years. We love going on daily walks around the neighbourhood, we feel safe. We would recommend this location !
The move in was smooth done in a professional manner and very efficiently. The staff ever smiling and helpful. Thank you Jamie and Gabriela for a worry free move.
Fetch package service is terrible, they don’t allow packages shipped to your door, the trash butler service forgets to get bags often, the dumpsters are always inaccessible due to trash piled around the gates, the internet goes out often, people don’t pick up after their pets, parking is sparse because towing isn’t enforced The staff is nice. That’s about it.
Nice place, internet connection is not great it stalls a lot. And management can improve enforcing the trash guidelines and noise on common areas.
They have such good customer service they really helpful for new comers that are getting there own apartment really great place to live in I love this place
Good community and nice area. I wish they cleaned the stair cases more, after a few weeks lots of spider webs, dog hair, bugs, etc take over if not maintained.
My wife and I have been living here for over 2 years and we love it here. Great amenities and the staff is very pleasant would recommend.
Lived here for less than a year with absolutely no complaints. 100/10, would recommend to everyone!
