The rest of the house is partially furnished — so you’ll have space to make it your own without needing to bring everything. Rent: Total rent: $2500, your portion $1,000/month Included: Water, sewage, and gas Utilities not included: Electric and internet (split) Pets: Allowed with a $300 one-time pet deposit and $35/month pet rent I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, and easygoing — someone who enjoys a peaceful home environment and keeps shared spaces clean.
