The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mirabella
I spent the last three years living at Cazabella, and it was the best decision I made. It's incredibly close to the law school and that meant a lot of my classmates were my neighbors. Terri and Aaron have been wonderful and are always available and prompt if you need anything. Having the in-unit washer/dryer and big kitchen was wonderful, and I had more than enough space in my 1/1. It's a great place to live!
I spent my 3 years as a UF Law student living at Cazabella. I have so many great memories there from throwing a football around with my law school classmates and friends (most of who also lived at “Caza”), hanging out by the pool, and just enjoying life. Caza was perfect! It has everything you need like an in unit washer/ dryer and is not too expensive. If I had to do law school over again I would definitely still live at Caza.
