Tapestry is a great place to live. Convenient to shops that are easily walkable to.
Tapestry of Brentwood is located at a perfect location. Lots of retail, cafes, restaurants, drugstores, automotive services within walking distance. The staff is super awesome… answering every question, always trying to make residents feel welcome by hosting lots of parties or in partnership with several local hotels. I highly recommend this location if you want to live at a convenient locution near Nashville. The location provides easy access by interstate or local roads to downtown and airport.

Tapestry is good place to live. The maintenance team is has changed over the 10 years I have lived here, but their service is always fast and their customer service is excellent. Our community management staff is also very good. Lauren, our community manager, throws a lot of nice events including a very popular monthly pizza night, and recently she upgraded the free coffee in our public spaces, out in a great system for letting people into the building securely even if you aren’t able to be at the door to meet them, and created a great solution for disposing of and making it possible for large boxes to be removed. The staff aside, the neighbors are good and you can’t find a better location.

If you're going to rent in Brentwood, Tennessee, I would highly recommend Tapestry apartments. The location is unbeatable. The management is stellar. The complex is modern, clean, and quiet. The gym is in excellent repair and the facilities are perfect for business or entertaining.
This is the best place that I have lived! Lauren is the best and genuinely cares for the community. Everything is super clean and we are always updated on everything. The location is also perfect!

The location of tapestry to the heart of Brentwood is great! My only complaint would be the noise. There’s a train behind the building that blows its horn all night long. The road traffic on Centerview Drive is very loud. They collect the dumpsters at all the corporate buildings around tapestry at 5 AM and it’s very loud. Hence, if you’re looking for sleep, I would pick a different place.

Community is decent, but terribly overpriced. Neighbors are loud, with kids running and yelling in the halls. Trash bags are left in the hallway outside people's doors. The parking situation isn't great. The floorplans and apts themselves are nice.

In Tapestry my family lives quiet, comfortable and happy, the apartments are spacious, warm and very nice, we feel safe and the location is excellent we have a shopping mall nearby, many restaurants and supermarkets to which you can walk if you wish.

This is my second time to live at Tapestry . I lived at Tapestry during Covid under the old management and since moving back, I have noticed many positive changes. They did not just upgrade the interiors of the units and the common areas, this management group seems to be far superior to the old one. You absolutely cannot be the location. I am a long time Brentwood resident and I am so thankful that this option is available to me because I can stay in the area and enjoy the lifestyle of Tapestry without having all the commitment of the big house. It is Brentwood living without all the burden and responsibility of the big house.

Tapestry is a wonderful place if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live with your family. The amenities are wonderful and my family feel safe here.
It is a sad, unsafe, creepiness of a joke. I cannot wait to move out of this place for how uncomfortable and unsafe I feel with everything about the management and especially their maintenance. This place is scary if you have young teenagers or animals. They tell you they’re going come into your apartment one day but they really enter in another day. My air condition and my refrigerator stopped working in the first month an a half I was here and neither of those were fixed on the first day they started “the repairs” so the misery and lies continued. Now they’re redoing each floor and lying about which day they’re going to enter your apartment.
Excellent Community to be part of. The Brentwood area itself is fantastic and Tapestry itself is within walking distance of many shopping, dining, exercising and leisure options.

My fiancé and I moved into the Tapestry in February 2022 for a seven month lease. This place has been a TOTAL disappointment from day one. Cons of living here: 1. The elevators are broken 1-2 times a month for days at a time with no permanent solution even reached by management. Good luck if there’s a fire and you are handicapped. 2. The hallway carpet is covered in pee stains and the hallways constantly smell like weed, mold, and pee everywhere you go. Residents leave trash in the hallways and all over the parking garage with no consequence from management EVER. Words cannot describe how bad the building smells in the back long hallway of the 300 building (3rd floor) and also near the trash chutes (which are also constantly broken). 3. There is more daily living noise here than any apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. It sounds like cinder blocks and mortar rounds when the people above us simply walk across their living room. 4. The building is ten feet from the train tracks and the conductors love to do this really cool thing where they blast the train horn at 3am when then are coming through town to make sure everyone that is peacefully sleeping knows they are there. I don’t know about you, but I can’t think of anything I’d rather do than be jolted awake every night to the sound of that. 5. The building is horribly confusing to navigate so Amazon won’t even attempt to deliver your packages to your front door. There are parcel lockers in the garage that you can pay to sign up for (which is total crap considering what this place charges in rent) but there’s still a 50/50 chance Amazon will mess it up and put your package in someone else’s locker or just not deliver it all together. If constantly playing Russian roulette with the delivery of items you paid good money for is your thing, then you have found your dream home. 6. The office staff are really friendly, but management does absolutely nothing to remedy issues when you complain to them. This place also has tons of units that aren’t leased (shocker, I know) but had the nerve to send us a renewal offer with an increased rent price. Once we gave notice to vacate, they posted our unit as available and the rent for a new resident will be $200 per month less than what our renewal offer was. We are ecstatic that our lease is finally up so that we can move out of the slums of Brentwood.

This place has gone completely downhill since Greystar takeover and just keeps getting worse. I’m here bc I have to be for zoning for my child’s school otherwise I’d be out of here as soon as possible.

The complex is nice enough. Staff is a nightmare during the move-in process. If another complex fits your needs, go there.
