The Ridge has amazing amenities and staff! The pool and gym amenities are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The spacious housing gives a great homey feel especially for college students away from their families

It’s pretty good. Maintenance could be a little better. The place was not clean when we moved in and there was spiders and spider webs in multiple places.

Personally I think the ridge is the best. It’s very comfortable and welcoming. Very nice environment. I think it is also a very feasible and good price for everything that the ridge has to offer. I love my roommate’s and I love the house that I live in now. 100% recommend.

Great community; although I’ve had a maintenance request regarding my back door that keeps getting “fixed” without anyone coming out or calling me with updates about it so that kinda sucks.

The Ridge is really nice and calm to live in. I have had a good experience so far. Especially, having a dog and trying to find a pet friendly apartment has been difficult. But here I have the space to walk my dog.

Living at The Ridge has been such a great experience! The apartments are modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the amenities really make day-to-day life so much easier. The pool, gym, and study spaces are all well taken care of and add a lot of value.

Feeling really good in my first month so far here! My favorite amenity has been the gym, considering the great variety of equipment in there. I love that there’s a separate room for mats, machines, weights, and cardio.

I recently moved into The Ridge and couldn't be happier with my experience so far! The townhome features beautiful hardwood flooring that gives the space a modern and welcoming feel. One of my favorite things about living here is the location—there are nearby trails perfect for walking or biking, and Butler Plaza is just around the corner, making grocery shopping super convenient. It's the perfect balance of comfort, style, and accessibility. Highly recommend!

Good apartments, maintenance and office team needs to be improved because they do not provide help to residents when needed and avoid Cortes conversation with residents.

Amazing staff! I’m so excited to live here next year. It’s going to be my first time living with roommates and I couldn’t have felt more welcome at the ridge

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at The Ridge so far. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the amenities are a big plus — especially the pool and gym. The staff is usually friendly and responsive to maintenance requests, which get handled in a reasonable time. Parking can be a bit tight sometimes, and it does get a little noisy on weekends, but that’s expected for student housing. Overall, it’s a good place to live if you want a fun community and decent value for what you pay.

Maintenance here is terrible. They have continuously marked things as complete when they did not fix the issue at all. The AC vent outside is extremely loud, to a point of hearing it when I’m in my room. I think somethings wrong with it as well. Also, there are random alarms that will go off during the day, late at night or early in the morning. They have woken me up out of my sleep on several occasions and I work 12hr shifts so it is pretty bothersome to say the least.

The front desk people were very chill and the prices are reasonable too. There aren't any hidden charges. I am looking forward to moving there soon.

I love the ridge!! It helps me with everything and I love how responsive they are. Everyone has so much fun here. Love my neighbors. I’ve recommended this place 100 times and I’ll do it 109 more times.

This apartment used to be a nice place to live until this school year. One of my roommates lived rent free and thought our apartment was home for all her family including young children. Nothing happened until my other roommates and I fought with the office enough until finally they did something about it. This by the way took months. We also didnt have a working dryer for months and there was absolutely no urgency for it to be fixed. Finally when my one roommate violated the lease they didn't care and validated that they approved it, which means the property manager themself is breaking the lease. I have had a beyond horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The Ridge is not only a beautiful apartment, but also while touring it I think I loved it even more because of my tour person/tour guide. Skylar helped me and showed me everything I needed to know and more. I'd recommend this apartment to anybody as well as I'd recommend Skylar as a perfect tour guide for anything!

Good experience! Easy lease signing, smooth move-in, solid amenities, and no hassle. Great place to live—would definitely recommend it!!!!!!

I love living at The Ridge and have no bad things to say! There are many different amenities and I think my favorite is the study lounge! The pool is also very nice!

While I did love living here, I will not be resigning for a few reasons. It was a big apartment for a great deal but very far from campus, they made resigning almost impossible by raising our rent so much. A second year would not have been worth the price.

I love the people who work in the office. Very kind. I do not like how much the utilities cost. When I pay for rent, I do not expect to spend more than 100 on utilities and yet I do because of how large the place is

The ridge has been super friendly and cozy. I love the staff and the amenities, it has been a wonderful experience and can’t wait to stay another year.

My maintence requests have been ignored since I moved in, We have constant bugs because my requests to fix the rotted out floorboards have been ignored, it took a month for us to have our door lock fixed at the beginning of the year, our AC was out for weeks during the fall semester. The neighbors are so incredibly loud, constantly screaming, honking, and blasting music that makes my windows rattle at 3AM. My apartment was dirty when I moved in, with long black hairs in my shower and on the floors. The room was infested with spiders, and I found chocolate kisses between the mattress and the wall, so I know It wasn't professionally cleaned. My window is broken and does not close all the way, which may be why I get bugs and can hear everything outside. management is a joke, and has told us they moved our maintenance requests onto a spreadsheet and closed our open requests, even though they arent taken care of. the dishwasher is broken and infested with mold, and they will not fix it.

I like the apartment. We had a new roommate move in halfway through the year, and we were only given one days notice and she was not a good match. We had plenty of maintenance problems and it all depended on the problem whether it would get fixed quickly or not, Emergency issues mean nothing here

I’ve been living at The Ridge for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience! The amenities are a huge plus—having access to a pool, gym, and study areas makes student life much more convenient. The location is also a big bonus, with easy access to campus and plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious, and maintenance is usually pretty responsive whenever an issue comes up. The staff is friendly and tries to help whenever needed, though sometimes communication could be a bit more consistent. Parking can also be a bit tricky at times, but it’s manageable. While no place is perfect, The Ridge provides a comfortable and enjoyable living environment, especially for students. If you’re looking for a well-equipped apartment with a fun atmosphere and good amenities, this is a solid choice!

Nice place. Clean area. Layout of the townhomes are nice and spacious. Garage is a great feature to protect car during storms or hurricanes.

The unit itself, amenities, events, and area are great. Repetitive issues of noise during the night, also management is very deteriorated (even with new employees), and the maintenance team is also precarious. The phone line never works, I personally have had to call up to 10 times for it to be answered, office hours are outdated, and when I express that I want to speak to a manager, the agents tell me there is none. I believe these issues are more than just complaints with an email solution; they require innovation and empathy to be resolved. I also believe the management knows what needs to improve; they are big issues with easy solutions, so it's in their hands if they want a decaying community or not.

Only mildly screwed over. Other than that, pretty good offerings for the price, especially for a student apartment. Personal bathroom, lot of sq ft, parking, gym.

I really enjoy being here! The layout of the apartment/ townhome is very nice and I love how welcoming everyone is up front. Very thankful to be in a great community!

I’ve been living at The Ridge for almost 5 months now. I put in a maintenance ticket for my washer to be fixed 3 times. Each time the maintenance team will mark it as complete but nothing has been fixed. The first time I put in the order it took them 3 whole weeks just to come by and look at the washer. 3 weeks without washing my clothes. So I tried washing my clothes once they marked it complete and due to the inside of the washer still being misaligned my dress got caught in between the lining of the washer and the agitator. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. I put in a second ticket, same result. Then a third. I spoke to the office manager twice concerning the issue and they gave me the run around about being low staff. It’s been 4 almost 5 months and our washer still sounds like a tornado. We can’t even wash our clothes anymore at this point. This is RIDICULOUS. I went back to the office this past Saturday to speak to someone and a new hire told me that the manger had quit.

maintenance requests took more than 3 weeks to get done and even then it was a poor and uncomplete job. trash chutes are not cleaned properly and often enough which leads to overflow and bad smell.

The ridge staff is very nice and i love the area. Its very cute and quiet. The pool deck and the gym are really nice. The study areas are comfy and clean.

We feel very comfortable at The Ridge. The living room is easy to decorate and helps us feel at home. We are so excited to see where the year takes us!

I feel like the communication is pretty terrible. Very rarely can I get calls through to the office and when I can, they typically don’t know the answers to my questions. If I ask management to call, it’s likely they never will in my experience. Hopefully things will improve, but at the moment, I don’t know if this is a place I could continue to live next year. The townhouses are very nice, but communication and service is key to me when paying so much for an apartment.

It’s been really great so far. Roommates are super nice and the unit has been good. Lots of street lights so it feels safe at night as well. Definitely recommend.

The room is huge, I love every bit of it. I'm so excited for this year! The pool is also hugeeee and the gym is amazing. I'm happy I've made the right choice.

Very nice neighborhood, good roommates. Room was not very well maintained, the roofs drywall is peeling and my door doesn’t lock. Didn’t get the room I wanted as well.

The community is lovely except the furniture for the amenities such as the chairs or couch. The staff are lovely except for the maintenance people they’re very rude and flippant about issues. Our townhouse was a disaster upon move in and genuinely disgusting and unliveable.

Staff is very nice and helpful, always doing their best to help you out, they all seem very genuine and not rude at all. Community is very nice, however there are always numerous people that do not clean up after their pets, so you have to watch out when you walk through any grass area.

I have lived at The Ridge for the past 3 years, this being my fourth year, and it has been a great experience so far. I look forward to the coming year.

The staff is very helpful and went above and beyond for me. They worked for weeks to help find something that fit my needs. I haven’t had another complex do that for me so I am very grateful!

My experience is great and def recommend this community. The community is very nice and peaceful. Everybody is very friendly. The community is very put together.

No other place around with amenities quite like the Ridge. And with the sizes of the units offered it doesn’t even feel like living in an apartment!

I have had a great time living at the Ridge this year. Apartment is great, amenities are better than anyone's around, and staff is helpful. Only problems have been some slight maintenance issues but all were resolved quickly.

The staff is always friendly and knows us on a first name basis. The pool is amazing and the gym has pretty much everything. I love living here and their community events are fun.
