Nashville, also known as Music City, is the capital of Tennessee. Often heralded as a center for country music, Nashville has also become a hub for various other genres such as bluegrass, jazz, classical, pop, soul, rock, gospel, and Americana. Renowned music venues in Nashville include the Ryman Auditorium, the Grand Ole Opry, Bridgestone Arena, and several honky-tonk bars on Broadway.
Touting big-city amenities while maintaining a small-town feel, Nashville offers residents and visitors access to a wide range of attractions. If you choose to rent in Nashville, you will have the chance to visit the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere, check out the latest exhibit at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts, see the Parthenon at Centennial Park, tour the Country Music Hall of Fame, catch a performance at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, watch the Tennessee Titans score touchdowns at Nissan Stadium, and bask in stunning riverfront views at Cumberland Park.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Luna
They lease units to Coboda rentals (like airbnb) and don’t tell you when you lease a unit if you are near one of those. My daughter’s unit is just below one and the noise is so bad they can’t sleep. They’ve complained numerous times and the property manager and regional manager refuse to do anything. Beware this property.

Best staff, first time renting and they are so helpful and easy going and will work with you and help you out however they can! Michala is amazing, Brandon fixes everything as soon as you need it done, and Bianca was so helpful with finding the perfect apartment that fits everything your looking for!

We have been at Luna for almost a year now and have enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Any minor issues that we did have were fixed quickly as soon as new staffing came in! I’m most impressed with our new building maintenance manager Brandon. He has answered all work orders very fast and fixed any problems with our appliances that same day. I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot!

Going on my 4th month here at Luna. The leasing team is wonderful! They go above and beyond. Voyant is always eager to help and so honest. The only downfall I would say is the Coboda rentals, to find out the owners of the building decided to add them and the leasing team is not a fan of the short term rentals which says a lot. Overall the building is awesome, management is great and the location is awesome!
I absolutely adore living at Luna. Having been here for nearly 5 months, the transition from downtown Gulch, where communication and customer service were lacking, has been remarkably smooth. The Luna team is exceptional; they're not only friendly but also always ready to assist. William, in particular, stands out. He addressed my maintenance request within an hour of my reporting it. Voyant's care was evident when he personally accompanied me to the neighboring building to help locate my package. It's refreshing to see a manager so involved; I even spotted him mopping the gym recently. While I do wish the gym had a smith machine, the value I get for my 750 sqft unit is unparalleled. Overall, I have very few complaints and am thoroughly satisfied with my experience here.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your positive sentiment! We're happy to know that you've had a great experience with us.
The fact that they allow air B&B's here should alone deter you. For the price they are charging, the value is way below expectations. Cheap building, cheap appliances, hallways almost always smell like cigarettes and weed, and obnoxious tourists from the air B&B's roaming the secure lot and hallways. Unless you take heavy sleep medication....you most likely won't get quality sleep. Check out Elmington Property Management reviews for an idea of what you are getting yourself into. Save your money go somewhere else.

Hello Justin, Thank you for your honest feedback. Please know that customer happiness is our top priority and we are upset this has not been your experience. You can reach our team anytime at lunamgr@elmingtonpm.com
This place is a nightmare. Constant issues community wide. The front office is a joke. They may be friendly to your face on the tour but once you move in...good luck getting anything resolved. The communication is poor, they allow a private company to buy up units and sell them off as air B&B's which if you live in Nashville you know that means no peace and quiet. The walls are paper thin, constant HVAC and electric issues, appliances are cheap...it's clear that this place was built in a hurry. For the price they are charging here this is not the place you want to be, The gym doesn't even have a squat rack....

I would not move here if I had it to do over again. The overall experience has been less than great. It has been issue after issue since moving in August. I've gone a calendar month without having air in my unit. While the maintenance person is fantastic, the office staff (one person in particular) tend to act like it's your fault that you feel some type of way about things. I've lived in several places throughout my adult life. This has by far been the worst experience I've had. Unless you're a college student with mom and dad's money, don't waste your hard earned money giving it to these people.
