I’ve lived at Centerline for about 6 months now, and I’ve had an outstanding experience so far. As a student, I appreciate that the building is quiet with multiple common areas to utilize. Management is very helpful, and maintenance requests are addressed promptly. Very dog friendly and great location.
Centerline is a great location, the apartment and building is very nice, and staff has been very responsive. They always answer promptly when we need anything, and they host fun events for us each month! I would definitely recommend Centerline!
I have lived at Centerline for about 6 months now and it has been my favorite l complex that I have lived in. The manager is very helpful with any questions, the common areas are kept very clean, maintenance requests are fixed very quickly, and has a very good sized dog park for an apartment. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking in the Aksarben area!
Long story short, decided homeownership wasn't for us after almost 7 years of fixing things and worrying about weather and never having a free weekend to just relax. Sold the house, landed at Centerline. This...is next-level. Friendly staff, always eager to help. Love having the added security and safety of the fob-controlled access and climate-controlled garage (!). Maintenance is absolutely on top of things - impressively quick turnarounds on any issues. The community spaces are amazing as well here...its like living in a luxury hotel (except all my stuff is here and I have to do the cleaning). Gym has everything I need to continue my fitness plan, fire pit and grill area is great and convenient, the dog park is a nice touch (our pug loves to fetch and we are glad we didn't have to give that up with the house!), the top floor lounge is a great space to host friends (and also doubles as a gift wrapping station as a courtesy to tenants during the holidays), and we get a resort-style pool with full on outdoor kitchen! I can't say enough good things about how our lives have improved since moving here. I feel like I have my life back, and I'm in the perfect location to focus on whats important!
I’ve lived here for a few months and have loved it and have absolutely no complaints! Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property manager is always responsive. It’s quiet with very little noise from neighbors—and packages are always organized and easy to find. The building hosts monthly events to help residents connect, and all common areas and amenities are consistently clean and smell great. Overall, it’s a friendly, safe community with a great atmosphere!

These apartments are very cozy and a great location. There is so much to do in aksarben and there is easy access to the interstate. The maintenance is always fast and quick if you need anything quick. The size of the apartment is also great and perfect to host gatherings. I had a corner unit and really enjoyed all of the sunlight. Perfect for the plants :)

I have really enjoyed living at Centerline Apartments in Omaha. The location is super convenient—close to Aksarben Village, Keystone trail, and the interstate. The apartment has modern finishes, lots of space, and great features like keyless entry and in-unit laundry. The amenities are a big plus too, especially the pool, gym, and dog park. We moved in from across the country under a big time crunch and the leasing office worked very diligently with us to ensure that everything was taken care of! Any maintenance issues that have come up have been resolved very quickly, sometimes even the same day. The complex is very dog friendly, but the property is still very clean and taken care of. We hope to renew our lease when the time comes!

I travel around Omaha for work and this location is super convenient being right off I-80. The appliances are all up to date and if there’s ever an issue, maintenance fixes it super quick. All the staff have been very nice, helpful, and responsive - you really couldn’t ask for better management. The mail room is secure with fob access and cameras, but really, there’s never been any concerns about other residents taking your packages. Speaking of which, the residents are very nice and respectful of each other, and typically keep to themselves, but there are complex events and activities if you ever want to meet your neighbors! My only note is that certain walls can be a little thin. I particularly have issues with the main door where you can hear conversations out in the hall or hear conversations as you pass other residents’ doors, as well as the walls facing outside. My apartment faces the pool and it’s easy to hear detailed conversations and music from the poolside as well as traffic from 72nd Street from the apartment. It doesn’t bother me much, but I do feel like I have to be cognizant of how much noise I make. But otherwise, really can’t complain about my stay!

I've lived all over the country, and currently am living in Centerline. The leasing process was easy, the management here are friendly, kind, caring and resolve issues (of which there have been very few) extremely quickly. You can't ask for a better place to live. The buildings is up-to-date, good technology and well maintained.

This complex is located centrally and near the interstate, which makes any commute easier! There is a responsive, involved management who holds monthly events for residents. Each complex is aesthetically pleasing. Great quality for the price!

5/5 ??s! I’ve lived at Centerline for almost 2 years and just renewed my lease to stay for a 3rd. Management is responsive and respectful. Maintenance is timely and does a good job. The amenities are well taken care of. They take resident feedback and make changes. We recently got a key faub entrance to our mailroom after having issues with theft. Other residents are respectful. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for five years now, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience. This apartment complex truly sets itself apart in all the best ways. Maintenance here is top-notch. Every request I’ve made has been resolved within 24 hours, without fail. It’s a huge relief knowing any issues will be taken care of quickly and professionally. Security is another major plus. The mailroom and building access are secure, which gives real peace of mind—especially when expecting packages. And if you’re out of town, the front office is more than happy to hold onto deliveries if you let them know. That kind of extra care really goes a long way. The common areas are always clean and inviting. If you move in, definitely take time to enjoy the lounge, the cozy reading room, and the outdoor patio and swimming pool. It’s like having little retreats right outside your door. And let’s talk about the community feel—it’s unmatched. Every month there are fun resident activities like scavenger hunts, contests, and get-togethers featuring food trucks serving burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, ice cream—you name it. And yes, it’s all free. How many places in Omaha go the extra mile like that? Lastly, the location couldn’t be more convenient. You’re close to everything—Aksarben Village, Walmart, a bus stop—and many essentials are just a short walk away. It’s hard to leave a place where everything just works and where you're truly taken care of. I’ve loved every single moment of living here.

I lived at Centerline for 2 years and loved it! The location is great (right off of Keystone Trail and Aksarben) and because of its central location, it's a pretty short drive to most things. Also Cynthia, Tracy, and Ross are the best and are so friendly and helpful! I have nothing but great things to say about Centerline and would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for modern apartments with a ton of amenities in Omaha!
I can't say enough about this apartment complex. I searched high and low and toured so many apartments, but nothing compares to Centerline. The area itself speaks greatness for itself. The amenities that you get here for the price doesn't even compare. I use the gym almost everyday and it's so beautiful to look out at the city while working out. The sky lounge is also so beautiful and a wonderful place to unwind and get away from it all. It's like a piece of heaven in your own home. If you're looking anywhere else and are weighing your options you will 100% not regret moving here at all. Cynthia and Tracy are amazing and Ross is always there within minutes of putting in a work order. Everyone is responsive and there to help you with whatever you need whenever you need it. They go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need and want and I can't imagine living anywhere else until we are ready to buy. Thank you Cynthia and Tracy for being rock stars and taking the time out for me! Seriously, live here. Do it. Now. You will LOVE it! And yes it is 100% WORTH IT!!!
I moved to Omaha from Lincoln and into centerline 4 months ago. I love the people, the culture, and the apartment. The staff are very receptive to comments and seem to be making the complex better every week. My apartment has brand new appliances and flooring. My absolutely favorite part as a pet owner is the carpet. When the dog has an accident it doesn’t stain! Also, because of the location, my morning commute time is about 10 minutes which is a dream come true.
