There are good and bad things about this apartment complex as there are with every complex. The maintenance and office staff are shaky at best. It has been constantly changing since I have been here for two years. The maintenance staff- I usually have to put in several work orders in order to get one issue fixed. I have reminded staff a couple times of them not finishing something in my apartment and it is still not complete. I have had 3 or 4 major leaks in my apartment which seems a bit unusual. The apartment itself is nice and spacious and I love that. The price is a bit high for this area in my opinion, especially as prices are coming down all over Raleigh.

Since moving in the 2 years ago some things have improved however the people who have moved into my building and others nearby are very loud, rude, leave trash , take packages, park in reserved spots , let animal has hop wherever don’t pick it up…. Also the trash area is really bad

Nice quiet neighborhood. Staff are very polite and helpful. Homes are spacious. Rent is affordable. I definitely would recommend someone that’s looking for a nice comfortable home to this location.

I enjoy living here, very quiet and peaceful. I enjoy the amenities that the community provides. I pay for valet trash that I do not receive and there is a pest problem but overall it’s pretty nice

Many of my amenities have broken pretty quickly since moving in, but the space is nice and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance has been very kind, however it seems very disorganized and like there are only a handful of maintenance staff for the entire property
Nothing is consistent whether it is maintenance or management at the property. Most of the time I have to ask between 2-10 times before something is fixed.
I like that’s it’s quiet ,the people In the office are professional and maintenance handles work orders fast . The neighborhood is very clean

I'm rating it a 4, rather than a 5 purely because of the inconsiderate neighbours who have no self-awareness for others, who have to be up early in the morning for work, that blast their very bassy music & talk so loudly that I can hear it clearly on the third floor. This is all at 10pm, to around 1am sometimes! It's ridiculous! Other than that, everything is absolutely lovely, the staff are always so sweet, & the apartment is very nice & spacious for a 2br 2ba!

The community is a nice neighborhood. The neighbors next by are loud but not too much. The maintenance service isn't quite the best as it takes long to fix something.

Overall pretty good! Not too much noise, fairly quick to respond to work orders. Have had issues in the past with the trash compactor breaking down, but that hasn't been much of an issue as of recently.

The garbage area is still a disaster however I understand maintenance has been trying to stay on top of it I just feel that as a community we have to work together to keep that area CLEAN! The trash cans for doggie bags has improved, the garbage is being dumped out thank god!

The office staff are really, kind, professional and pleasant. Mericul is a very nice person. I love working with her from the day we met. This complex is so similar to the Highrise Complex that I rented from in Orlando Florida for four years. Which is why I chose this one. It's very comfortable, clean and peaceful. The maintenance staff as well. They are always at work around the property. I would highly recommend "The Piedmont Raleigh" to anyone looking to find a nice place to stay.

It's been a great neighborhood to live in it's a great community and having a convenient place to get gas I awesome I really like being here and I have met some great people here
No workers! So that means that we have poor maintenance I have been waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed for 4 weeks toilet it's been out of order for 2 months keep putting orders in and nothing they need more workers!!!!
Move in was very quick & saved me a lot of time! The area is quiet & cozy! I am looking forward to experiencing all that Falls creek has to offer!

I love it here! The community is so quiet, clean and friendly! The townhomes are beautiful not to mention the staff team is great! Amonique was beyond amazing she made my move a smooth transition! Keisha was also great!
Staff very pleasant! Office is very clean and well kelp. Issues are addressed in a timely matter! The move in process is very smooth and stress free. I would definitely recommend this property to others. I’m very satisfied!
As a young female I take my safety and privacy very seriously. In the year and a half I have lived here I have had 2 maintenance workers walk into my apartment unannounced. (of the ones I am aware of) One of those times time I had just gotten out of the shower and behold a man standing in my apartment. Speaking with management was pointless cause all they had nothing to do or say except excuses. This is also a huge concern as I have animals who will try to escape if someone is not there watching them. Management is very hard to get ahold of and when they are available they are usually not good for much. When my microwave broke it took maintenance a year to get around to fixing it. after they fixed it it worked 1 time. I had to purchase a new microwave and did NOT get a reimbursement for that and I am still paying the full amount of rent. ITS STILL BROKEN. Over all living here has just been one inconveniencing thing after another.
Safe area with decent people and nice housing complex. The property is close to a lot of places like the mall and different stores, services stations whatever you need is close its a good neighborhood and overall area to live.
My stayed has been cool because why i love it is that its a cool, quiet surrounding. Nice and lovely apartment. Love it love it love it love it
I like where I am it’s quiet and my neighbors are as well . My Son and I have been here almost a year our experience have been fine. We are looking forward to another year with you all. Looking to Renewing our Lease!
