Property Ratings at Alta Monarch Crossing
Just moved in last week after being assisted by the amazing leasing agent Mercedes. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and even though I had a short term move-in date she helped me get it all set up the following day and even get to lease signing! These apartments are very luxurious and new, the pool here is one of the best I’ve seen in the area for an apartment complex and they have some really great floor plans to choose from as well. I’m excited for my next year here at Alta Monarch Crossing and I can’t wait to see more people moving into this beautiful place! 10/10 I would recommend anyone looking for a new apartment in the area to give this place a look!
Great maintenance service. Mercedes is the absolute best. Property is relatively clean and quiet!! So far, every employee I have encountered has been amazing.
As a new resident, my leasing and move-in experience has been great! Mercedes and Natalie have answered all my questions and assisted as needed. Hector from maintenance was very responsive in fixing a whistling noise coming from the a/c unit.
Had a small issue with my apartment and was able to walk down stairs and stress my concern. It was immediately taken seriously and was addressed on the spot by the amazing staff. Everything got taken care of and it was an great experience!
So far everything has been great! The apartment is very nice and well maintained and the staff are all wonderful and always ready and willing to help.
