This three story home is super spacious and well equipped. Take advantage of the large and private outdoor patio for summer and autumn outdoor gatherings! Enjoy the sauna during those cool winter months. Off-street (driveway) parking is available, but this quiet street always has ample parking spots if friends or family visit. Flex rentals are fully furnished, month to month rentals with a one month minimum and when you decide you want to move out we only need one month’s notice.

Just across the Willamette River to the east of Downtown Portland, Hosford-Abernethy is a charming urban locale that is one of the city’s most popular neighborhoods. This historic neighborhood encompasses several microneighborhoods including Ladd’s Addition, one of Portland’s – and the nation’s – oldest residential areas. Hosford-Abernethy’s microneighborhoods contribute to the area’s strong sense of community. The neighborhood association is active and locals look forward to the street festivals and parades that are held each year.
Hosford-Abernethy is known for its beautiful early 20th-century architectural styles but there are modern apartments available for rent as well.
