Rent keeps rising and I’m no longer able to pay it. The location is good and having your own bathroom is nice, but at this point it’s not really worth it unless you have a lot of money to spare

I love living at skyvue, there are a few things that would turn my 4 star review into a 5 star. Number 1 is guest parking. We used to have it and then it was taken away. Not very fair considering this was a selling point for me. Number 2 is the mouse problems. There are mice in skyvue. They like to hang out by the trash rooms however I have seen many roaming the halls, this is discusting and needs to be treated. Other than these 2 issues I do absolutely love skyvue.

The other issue you brought up is being handled by Terminix our exterminator that comes weekly to replace traps and bait stations. Again thank you for your feedback we greatly appreciate it.
friendly community, maintenance team that gets work done quickly, easy-to-work with leasing office, nice gym and pool, easy mail system. The gym has quite a few broken equipment and the lease options are not flexible

The management team is responsive and professional. It has a 24-hour fitness center, study lounges, and an awesome rooftop lounge with beautiful views. The location is within walking distance to MSU and a nearby shopping and food district.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a one-bedroom apartment in the heart of the city, and overall, my experience was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, well-lit, and thoughtfully designed with a modern aesthetic. I ultimately do enjoy living here. They have done a great job improving secure for the parking garage by adding the gates. Although they add this, there is still security issues when it comes to the doors attached to the parking garage. The scanner to open the door is broke so the door is propped open. There is also no guest parking and rent went up significantly.

I really enjoy living here! My bedroom's bigger than it would be at competing apartments and having your own bathroom is sooo nice. Only negative is that it's farther from campus than I'd like.

Amenities would be perfect if they didn't close at 12 on weekends other than that, it's nice to have. Parking is hard, especially when paying so much for rent and can't even invite friends over. Also a mice habitat

I love it here, my dog had so much space to run. Love the study area too, super chill vibe.. close to campus and had a bus stop too. Only sucked when had to walk from bus to apartment I nearly froze.

The apartment has everything you’d ever need and more. The parking on each floor level is very smart so there’s no need for an elevator. The application process was very simple.

This is the nicest place I have lived in and the cheapest while being here in East Lansing and I have been out here for six years. This is a really great experience and I also feel very secure in my apartment at all times. I also do enjoy the amenities and vending machines especially.

i have moved skyvue so far. I feel safe living there and the amenities are nice plus all the fun things the staff put on for the residents. i honestly have no complaints besides for the parking garage because my opener to let me up does not work half the time and i am stuck.

I love it here, it’s a very nice place to live surrounded by nice people. I am frustrated that we had to bring down our trash for 2 weeks because the staff didn’t take care of the trash outside, leading it to build up. Our washer and dryer don’t work either.

My experience so far has been great! I just wish things like, the coffee machine in the sky lounge would work or the soda machine. I feel like a lot of times these places have nice stuff but it never actually works. Also maybe having the residents have higher standards up keeping the apartment because we has so much maintenance to be done when we moved in. But overall the place is so nice and affordable.
