Skyvue MI

This is my first year off campus for housing, and my friend and I really needed a place to live, so on a whim, we applied to Skyvue and put down the down payment without even walking into the building. We knew absolutely nothing about this apartment complex. But it turns out that it's a great place to live. After moving in and exploring the building, my expectations were definitely met. The building is modern and clean with lots of amenities that create such a fun atmosphere. However, one drawback I have is the parking garage. It is a very narrow and tight parking space, where it gets a little tricky to drive through. And there is no guest parking, which is not convenient when you have guests.

The apartment is visually appealing, but that is the best and only positive thing I can say about it. If you don’t require sleep, then sure maybe it’s a decent place to live.

I love living in SkyVue! Everyone is so friendly and the workers are quick and very helpful. I also love all of the amenities that are available to residents.

I feel so at home here! definitely stay for year 2! The staff and amenities here are a 10/10! I also will add on that the safety here is amazing!

I love it here! Maintenance is quick, the front office is nice, and I just love the vibe of my apartment. Only downside is the parking garage, but honestly that’s going to be a problem with college student anywhere

There are mice at Skyvue apartments. The trash shuts over flow every week and make fruit flies abundant. I enjoy the layout of apartment. My dish washer broke down. My washer and dryer both broke. My refrigerator and freezer both broke down.

Maintenance is very friendly and quick, theyve helped eith multiple simple things already. Rooms and common area in the apartment are good quality. Common areas around the complex are kept nice and the leasing office is quick, helpful and friendly.

Living here has been great. Wonderful amenities and supportive staff! A bit far from campus, could be an issue without a vehicle, but other than that is has been an amazing time.

Really nice furnishing, and spacious countertops in the kitchen. Super close to Frandor, which makes shopping easy. They also have a nice hot tub

I am very excited to officially be in the SkyVue community! SkyVue's location to campus is incredible, offering a short walk, a short bus ride, or a short bike ride. A close location to campus is key to me, as getting to classes on time is a very important value.

Love the atmosphere here! It is so fun to be here and the staff are always so kind and helpful. The apartment complex is very nice with how clean it is and how nice everyone is.

It has been good overall living here. I would like to see some improvements with the trash management. Also the parking garage needs to regulated better

Skyvue has good apartments and a management team that cares about helping. However there are issues with parking garage, trash chutes, and minor amenities.

move in was smooth and so far i’ve encountered no issues here. i enjoy having my own in unit washer and dryer and of course the pool/hot tub in the courtyard

This apartment is so clean, and honestly its very fancy for student living, I would also say that having your own bathroom is very nice to have.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and comfortable. One of my favorite parts is the gym, it’s modern, well-equipped, and clean, which makes it easy to stick to a workout routine without needing a separate membership. The other amenities are nice, specifically, the pool area is a great spot to relax, the clubhouse is perfect for small gatherings, and there are lots of quiet places to study. I also appreciate how responsive and professional the management team is. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Parking has never been an issue, and I always feel safe walking around the property, even at night. Overall, this community offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Move in went smoothly and the staff was very helpful. The only gripe is guest parking is non existent. The amenities and the security are great so far.

I love it here, the community is great and the staff are very helpfulI. I do wish that there were guest parking. We use to have abs then it got taken away, this is very annoying.

Workers are very helpful, and are good at responding fast to residents including email questions. When I called about questions the worker was helpful enough to make sure I was happy and all questions were answered.

I truly do enjoy living at Skyvue. The amenities like the hot tub and sky lounge are big selling point. The only reason why I wouldn’t rank it 5 stars is the lack of guest parking, there is none.

Been fun. Great room and bedroom. Nice kitchen. D3 unit is very nice to have. I would recommend it to anyone who ask me where to live. Keep upgrading stuff.

Friendly staff, very communicative and committed to upholding a positive environment. Loved my two bedroom, no major issues. Moving into my one bedroom in the fall, can’t wait!

Pre-move in communication has been pretty good. When I have been at the apartments it has been trashed by people who were drinking, but the apartments seem really nice.

The office staff was great! They allowed me to get a place the day of I came in. They even gave me a signing bonus. The tour was detailed and comprehensive and understandable which was a great help picking what was best for me.

Very good living experience staff is friendly, liked my roommate match up and overall good location. Great hot tub and I enjoyed living here for a year!

I have lived at Skyvue for just about a year now, and I renewed for another year! I absolutely love Skyvue. I love the two courtyard areas where you can relax outside in a secluded area from the streets!

If you’re looking for a place that’s convenient, well-managed, and genuinely a great college living experience, SkyVue’s the one. Nice apartments, a variety of amenities, the location is decent. Pet friendly, parking is very expensive, I'd just get a pass at Msu, its cheaper.

Live here has been an amazing experience. From the private rooms and bathrooms to all the amenities I have felt at home and safe. Great place to live at highly recommend.

I had a great time living in Skyvue for the past 2 years. Safety was my main priority while choosing apartments and Skyvue has always prioritised safety. I have one suggestion, it would be great if they provide Carts at-least during move-in and move out season. Maintenance people are really sweet so I wanted to mention them.

I loved living in skyvue! I loved all the amazing people i met here too. The clean up was always very fast if anything happened. All the staff was very friendly and all the amenities were great like the sky lounge.

Al of the staff is wonderful!! Also the perfect space for any college student:) So close to campus and also has the perfect sized living space.

I love so many things about Skyvue! I get my own personal bathroom, in unit laundry, covered parking space and so much more. Absolutely love the hot tub and sky lounge!

Maintenence is slow except for when it is a pain for us. Many poor choices regarding the parking deck and gate. The hot tub has had several issues and is slow to get fixed

Rent keeps rising and I’m no longer able to pay it. The location is good and having your own bathroom is nice, but at this point it’s not really worth it unless you have a lot of money to spare

I really enjoy living at Skyvue. I love my roommates and the amenities. The only down side is no guest parking. This will be my third year living here.

The process of lease takeover was smooth and i thought that they had been very responsive to emails. I also think that this faciality has many great resources for parking since they were full

I love living at skyvue, there are a few things that would turn my 4 star review into a 5 star. Number 1 is guest parking. We used to have it and then it was taken away. Not very fair considering this was a selling point for me. Number 2 is the mouse problems. There are mice in skyvue. They like to hang out by the trash rooms however I have seen many roaming the halls, this is discusting and needs to be treated. Other than these 2 issues I do absolutely love skyvue.

friendly community, maintenance team that gets work done quickly, easy-to-work with leasing office, nice gym and pool, easy mail system. The gym has quite a few broken equipment and the lease options are not flexible

It is a really nice place to live! And most people become friends living here! There’s so many things to do here. During finals week it’s really nice to study in the sky lounge.

The management team is responsive and professional. It has a 24-hour fitness center, study lounges, and an awesome rooftop lounge with beautiful views. The location is within walking distance to MSU and a nearby shopping and food district.

Took long to fix appliances but overall good. Nice amenities, hot tub is a nice size, got pretty cool roommates too ??. It's nice that you guys give away free stuff too

I really feel valued as a resident here. The staff is always helpful and welcoming to their residents. The events that get hosted are great way to interact with others.

The 3rd floor garage door sensor has been broken for 3 months and every month I have mentioned it to the leasing office and nothing has been done about it

Not the cleanest hallways smell key fob second floor doesn’t work someone is using there shoe to keep it open the new garage system terrible sometimes it takes awhile for the gate to open the old system was better

I love living at Skyvue. It is a great community and the amenities are another bonus. Whenever I have an issue, the employees are always more than happy to help.
