Property Ratings at Lantern Bay Apartment Homes
I've enjoyed living here for over a year now. I'm in a 2 br and it's very nice. the carpet dies trap smells from old tenants and it gets really humid and hot in the rooms quickly. the front room is spacious and all of the kitchen appliances work nicely. Earnie (main maintenance employee) is amazing and friendly! The rent is high for constantly having maintenance work on pipes, roofing, etc. there's also a constant plumbing issue. neighbors are pretty great, except for the ones who don't pick up after their dogs. our rent was raised (I believe) by $200 in the spring with no reason. I'd happily stay here if there wasn't the risk of another rent increase and if my roommates weren't moving for work.
I am so happy we made the decision to move in to Lantern Bay , first of all management (Robyn) is the best , friendly, professional and they really care about their residents. The interior of the apartments are nice. Nice wood flooring, , open kitchen and large windows. Lantern Bay is centrally located which is nice, because it's close to freeways, Disneyland and The Honda Center. The maintenance staff always responds to maintenance requests pretty fast and they always make sure all the common areas (Gym, Pool areas, BBQs, etc.) are clean. This is by far the best place I have ever lived!! I love it here!
